Tyler’s place was what I needed. A quick check in near the border with some scenic parks and trails near by to take my dogs out for some nice long uninterrupted walks. Host wise they did an excellent job and I was happy with my stay. Liberty Lake is a beautiful spot.

Probably my sixth or seventh time at David's place. I always look to see if it is available when travelling to Spokane. Roomy, comfortable, and has everything you need. Great place!

I loved my stay at Deanne’s! I was in CDA for about a week and this location was just perfect. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to downtown. The apartment is very nice, clean, and well stocked. You can tell Deanne put a lot of thought into what guests may need. Deanne was great to communicate with and was very responsive to all messages. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely LOVED this place! I’ve stayed at many locations where the pictures were nicer than the place. This was perfectly described and looked like the photos! Beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. I will stay here again and again when I come to CDA. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for 1-2 people; it’s great!!

Tiffany’s apt was great! Very close to the convention center and eateries. Hey place was very clean and well kept. It was perfect for my daughter and I. We would stay again!

Jake's apartment was perfect for my week stay. The place matched the photos and description perfectly. Jake was very helpful and responsive and even brought over extra items for me. The apartment was very clean and a perfect location downtown. I didn't have a car, but was able to walk all around downtown very easily to restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was clean and had all utensils, the bed was comfortable, and the washer and dryer was great for a week stay. It was a very quiet location and will definitely recommend this location when friends and family come into town! Jake was very responsive and helpful and even allowed me to store my luggage for an extra few hours!

This was my second time renting Margene’s place and I just love it. My daughter and my grandkids live close so this it the perfect place to stay so I can see them. There’s plenty of space! I will certainly rent again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful visit, accommodations comfortable

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

Wonderful home to stay in Couer D’Alene! Tastefully renovated farmhouse in a good location close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions. Very comfortable! Would absolutely stay again. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

The cottage was perfect! I took my two kiddos on a long weekend trip and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal, as well as the house! It was clean, simple, and all of the amenities were amazing. My kiddos loved soaking in the hot tub after all of our walking and loved the snacks provided. The bed was so comfortable and all of the blankets were incredibly warm and soft. Usually in air BNBs I am freezing at night but these blankets were perfect. They really have thought of everything. The hosts were kind enough to put out carrots for us to be able to see the bunnies daily and my girls could not have been happier. We are huge bunny lovers so to see them so happy was nice (we caught some flat bunnies and binkies). We really could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Erin’s house was perfect for our (husband, wife and adult daughter) stay in Spokane. The house is on a quiet street and close to cafe’s and restaurants. The house is inviting and comfortable. After busy days of touring the city and eating out for lunch and dinner, we came home and relaxed, playing games at the dining room table and watching movies on their reclining sofa and chair. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast, tea and coffee in the morning. We loved the added thoughtfulness of the bottled water and fresh fruit in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. We’d definitely stay here again.

Jeffrey was extremely helpful and accommodating, pro-active host that also values privacy. This is the perfect home for large groups, close to downtown. We were in town for an optical appointment and Jeffrey was not only willing to move reservation for our needs but also continued follow up throughout- very compassionate but also valued our privacy. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great place for three people and a dog. Fenced yard was awesome! The burger place kitty corner from the house was amazing! It was 10 minutes from anywhere we needed to go. Super sweet neighborhood. Great location and comfortable accommodations.

Great place to stay if looking for a little bit of a remote getaway without being too far from a city. Garry and Kathy were great hosts. Lake access + provided kayaks are definitely the biggest perk of this Airbnb! I would recommend staying here.

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

We spent two weeks at Jennifer’s place in Coeur d’Alene, visiting family and friends. Their place is a gem—spacious and luminous. It’s conveniently located near everything in town and just a short walk to the Spokane River. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again.

This is the third time staying at the Cozy Condo when traveling between Montana and Washington. It is an ideal place to stay and decompress with my dog. It is quiet and clean, and the hosts are super friendly, flexible, and responsive. The direct (on-leash) access to a grassy common area is perfect for traveling with a dog. Parking is close by to allow easy unloading/loading. I’m so glad I found this place!
