Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

This house was fantastic! Just a little slice of quiet and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament we were in town for. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 10 of us staying. The pool was warm and there were tons of goodies provided for the kids to enjoy in there. We will definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home and Michael was an excellent host. We had a fantasy murder mystery party here and turned the home into our own little castle. Michael was very accommodating and flexible with check in time. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful location and home. Had all the amenities described in perfect running condition. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We felt right at home. I am looking right now to book it again for the summer! We went in winter and enjoyed the snow.

I booked this home so that we could attend a couple of soccer games over the weekend. The home was spacious enough to accommodate a few parents and a few of the soccer players (16 y.o. girls). The main floor is open concept which worked well for us. The four bedrooms upstairs are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The main floor bedroom was perfect for one of our parents who had trouble with stairs. The downstairs basement was where the soccer players stayed and they had a great space to bond and relax after the game. It is fully carpeted, there are 3 twin beds, 2 air mattresses and a sectional where 2 can sleep. There is a foosball table and air hockey which was fun. There is also a hot tub which was cleaned right before we arrived and a wonderful indoor dry sauna. It's a quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. Kyle was a wonderful host who responded to my questions within the hour. We would love to stay there again.

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a work conference to attend the next day and your home was close to where we were going. It was a nice staff retreat for us. Thank you!

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

This place was amazing! It was so clean, organized, and stocked with all the things that you need. I’m weird about bedding and the quality of all of the bedding was top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

this is our second stay at Lisa's place. we enjoy the privacy and fenced front yard where our dog can be off leash. the home has all the basics one needs and comfortable bed. lots of privacy and country feel but so close to the city.

We loved Jake’s place! It was much larger than in the pictures and very comfortable for our large family. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the pickleball and basketball court! Our dog loved the yard. We are already thinking about coming back. Thank you Jake!

Erin’s house was perfect for our (husband, wife and adult daughter) stay in Spokane. The house is on a quiet street and close to cafe’s and restaurants. The house is inviting and comfortable. After busy days of touring the city and eating out for lunch and dinner, we came home and relaxed, playing games at the dining room table and watching movies on their reclining sofa and chair. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfast, tea and coffee in the morning. We loved the added thoughtfulness of the bottled water and fresh fruit in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. We’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! There were so many extras not listed and the place is so homey! It snowed before our arrival and it was all plowed and ice melt applied. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Midtown Bungalow! Accommodations are just what you see in the pictures. Owners/managers were very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and you immediately feel at home and will probably meet a neighbor or two. The very sassy cat across the street is an added bonus. You are within walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store and so much more.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The location is superb—just a short drive to the beautiful Cour d’Alene and very close to the I-90 freeway, making travel a breeze. They have taken care of every tiny detail. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area!

Great place to stay! Central to local mountains and lakes. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Peaceful, beautiful home with great space inside and out. Gated. Owner far enough on property you hardly even notice them. Nice patio set with charcoal grill in the back. Ample blankets, towels, and pillows. Great kitchen and amenities/appliances. Would book again!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Great location! Huge backyard for your fur family. The house was very cozy! Comfortable beds was a bonus!

Alex's house was perfect for our needs. My family and I rented the house for 7 weeks. At various times we had 2 and 4 people and there was plenty of room with its large furnished basement. Alex was very flexible about check-in and departure times as well as changing our start date. The house was clean and well furnished. The couple of times that we requested something like extra light bulbs, Alex had it delivered thru Amazon the next day. It is in a safe residential area about a 10-minute walk from downtown.

This home is in a gorgeous location. There are plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the views. The inside of the home was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and we enjoyed listening to the lake sounds at night. We appreciated the comfortable couches with recliners in the family room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq was clean. Jen and Dave were extremely responsive to our messages, and they were great hosts. We also met the next door neighbor, who was a nice guy. We would definitely stay here again.

The home & grounds were beautiful & spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kitchen tools/dishes/cookware you could ever need. The beds were comfortable and restful. The hosts were pleasant, helpful & responsive. We hope to stay here again!
