The place was nice, very spacious Good location next to a park Very calm and quiet The only minus was that the heater was not good enough for the whole cabin so be prepared it gets chilly from time to time. Also the sofa does need some cleaning, there is dust and old hair under it, if you don’t look you are fine

This property is beautiful, modern and clean. The furnishings are tasteful and new. The host is extremely attentive and made sure we had every little detail about the amenities. This unit comes with gated off street parking. We also had a gorgeous view of downtown.

We spent three nights in Kaylee‘s place. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking is in a locked gate area, which is great, but you do have to get out of the car to open the gate. It is well lit, but can feel a bit uncomfortable late at night. The trains do go by frequently, but they are fun to watch and were not too loud. My husband used the gym just down the hall every day. It was a nice perk. Would definitely stay here again.

beautiful, very pristine clean apartment! linen and bedding CLEAN & comfortable for me to sleep in. single and only con was how loud the trains were. but it wasn’t too much of a big deal.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, everything was great! Our first time staying at an air bnb was top notch, location is perfect, and the house was gorgeous. Teal even happens to be our favorite color! A million thank yous! my only notes were that a few areas could use a deep clean, oven crevices and inside the oven were dirty, spider webs were present in the corners of the dining room and bathroom, and the BBQ grates looked to have needed a good scrubbing. otherwise the place was great for a short stay!

We loved Katrina’s home!! We had 10 of us and it was perfect! Everything was soooo clean. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We really enjoyed this rental. The views were stunning and the hot tub was ready to use! The only problem we encountered was that the listing said 2 king beds and there was only 1. Aside from that we really enjoyed the layout and the location.

Nina made our stay as smooth as possible. She proactively shared all information needed as it related to the home and was responsive when we had a few small questions. Check out was simple and straight forward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, appreciated Nina's communication and feel that any future trips to Spokane has lodging easily decided.

We loved our stay at Gretchen’s place! Our family and another stayed in the home while we visited Silverwood theme park for a few days. It was only a 30 min drive from the house to the park which was convenient. We loved how the home was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was bigger than we anticipated and easily fit our two families of 4 without feeling squished at all. Gretchen was always easy to reach and super responsive. We would absolutely stay here again ❤️🏡
