Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! Unsere Zeit in der Villa von Jacky und David war einfach traumhaft! Die beiden sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben unseren Urlaub unglaublich komfortabel gemacht. David hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingefahren – ein toller Service, der uns das Schleppen des Gepäcks im Bus erspart hat. Zudem standen uns Jacky und David jederzeit mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite und waren stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist fantastisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und nicht im Koffer mitbringen kann. Von Grundlebensmitteln wie Gewürzen, Essig, hervorragendem Olivenöl und Kaffee bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kleinen und Großen und, und, und. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

Wow!! What can I say this has been the most perfect holiday ever. Katerina was amazing, always there answering my messages if I needed to ask something. Katerina is full of knowledege of the local area and knows the locals and so if you need information on car hire, day trips, restaurants etc she will be able to advise you. The Villa is beautiful. The photos are great but when you see the views for yourself and stay you can only appreciate how amazing it is. My two teenage boys loved the pool and the freedom they had to use it whenever they wanted to and not to have pool rules, like no throwing balls, like many hotels and apartment complexes. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you so much Katerina.

Dimitris was such a helpful host from start to finish! Always quick to respond and provided some useful information about things to do/see whilst on the Island. Unfortunately due to the time or year/season we had some issues with insects around the property. However, Dimitris was quick to respond and organised a solution which fixed the problem. Beautiful villa, beautiful sunsets and surroundings. You feel like you’re in your own little oasis! Could not recommend Dimitris more as a host and would definitely come back to Villa Jasmine. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Lovely villa with beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands. The villa has everything you could need and the outside area is particularly lovely with a great pool and lots of areas to sit and relax. A lovely holiday.

We spent a week at Sofia's place while visiting Skopelos and the villa had everything we wanted. It was accessible by foot, so we didn't need to hire a car, and was well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden, pool and terrace were great features, and the property was as-described and clean throughout. Sofia was very communicative and provided very clear instructions, even providing a lift from the port to the property on our arrival. The villa is private, and not overlooked, with the quay only a 15-20 minute walk away through beautiful winding streets. I would recommend this property to others in future.

My family and I had a great time there. The house and the garden was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. It was so relaxing to chill at the pool at these hot days. The tiny village was beautiful and cute, with very friendly people and tiny restaurants with delicious food. And Alexis was very supportive. He had so much cool insiders, to visit for us. Thank you from us all

A breathtaking house. The enormous view of the sea is devastating. The pool and outdoor areas are gorgeous. This house has so many rooms, almost every one with a very nice full bathroom. We had a very large group with extended family, and the house easily accommodated us. Everyone was happy. The hosts were so nice. They were extremely helpful without bothering us. The nearby beaches and towns (Rovies and Limni) are amazing. Very unique, highly recommended house.

The house is large and has a lovely spriritual feel since it is used sometimes as a yoga retreat and has some Asian decorative items. The views are spectacular and the town of Asmini is sweet and has a few cafes and restaurants. Konstantinos put me in touch with a boat captain and a kitesurfing instructor which worked out very well. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return again.

Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt, Spyros! Wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht und blieben wegen des Unwetters leider auch nur eine Nacht, aber es hat uns gut gefallen in Pelagoon-Villa am Achladies Strand. Die Villen sind um einen gemeinsamen großen, tollen Pool mit Grillbereich und einem Community-Haus angeordnet. Im Community-Bereich gibt es Frühstück, Getränke und von Nachmittags bis Abends auch frisch und gut zubereitete Snacks wie Burger und Omeletts. Lecker. Die Villa selbst ist großzügig ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, großem Wohnbereich mit Küche sowie mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Tadellos sauber! Dem Kind hat sehr gefallen, dass Netflix und youtube auf dem TV zu empfangen war und natürlich der große Pool. :-) Spyros hat ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen seiner Gäste. Zum schönen Strand inklusive einer Taverne sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank!

The property faces west. The seating area is cool and breezy during the morning and you get to enjoy the sunsets. Six guests can sleep comfortably. We cooked a few times and found everything needed. The outdoor grill was very helpful. The property has great modern design and amenities and is kept very clean. Julia provided a sleeping “pack-and- play” for our 1-year- old boy. We are considero got return to Skiathos next year and stay here again.

Very nice house in the Pelion into a beautiful village with a lot of Taverna. The view is amazing from the pool. The hosts are really really nice and very available for anything. The cooking for the breakfast is perfect into a beautiful place and rooms very clean with a nice decoration. Congratulations

The property was far better than what we anticipated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and pristine with a great ambience. The property contained everything that we could have possibly wanted for our stay. We were comfortable and definitely felt right at home. Welcome treats were provided which was a wonderful gesture and the man who met us and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. We also met the cleaner half way through our stay and she was also very lovely and informative in terms of recommendations etc. Katerina was there for us from start to finish, informing us about things like the operation of equipment in the house or ferry services. All in all we had a wonderful stay, we wish it could have been longer. We would definitely return again.

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

Η διαμονή μας στο υπέροχο κατάλυμα της Κας Κατερίνας θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη! Όμορφος καθαρός κ περιποιημένος χώρος! Μας περιποιήθηκε με πολλά καλούδια από τον τόπο και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Ολα ήταν υπέροχα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Ακόμα και ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος! Όμορφος κήπος ωραία πισίνα και μαγευτική απέραντη θέα! Για όσους θέλουν να ηρεμήσουν ενώ ταυτόχρονα επιθυμούν να πάνε και σε μαγαζιά κ να δουν το κέντρο! Ιδανικό μέρος κ για χειμώνα αλλά και για το καλοκαίρι! Άνετοι καθαροί περιποιημένοι χώροι με πολύ γούστο κ μεράκι! Σίγουρα στο κατάλυμα της κας Κατερίνας θα ξαναπάμε ! Αξίζει να πάτε για αρκετές μέρες για χαλάρωση αλλά και για διασκέδαση! Κα Κατερίνα σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για τις οδηγίες που μας στείλατε πριν την αφίξη, την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και την ειλικρίνεια σας ! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα και ακόμα παραπάνω! Ολα καθαρά νοικοκυρεμένα και όμορφα! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα! Έχετε ένα μικρό παράδεισο μέρος της φύσης!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. We loved the pool and the house. I would say it’s better than the pictures. It’s an beautiful uphill walk to Glossa and the restaurants, our five year old did it in 9 minutes but we had to drive our parents (79 and 75) years old up to the town square, downhill they could walk. Highly recommend this place as a quiet villa very close to the lovely Glossa village.

Een heerlijke plek als je met een grote familie bent of groep mensen. De tuin is super om in te verblijven en het zwembad is fantastisch. Je hoeft eigenlijk niet weg. Ook alles was heel schoon en de eigenaar en zijn vrouw ontzettend aardig en communicatief. Je kan alleen niet makkelijk naar het strand lopen in verband met een drukke weg waar het huis aan ligt. Je moet dan de auto pakken. Alle mooie stranden en leuke plekken liggen heel dicht in de buurt.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

We were 7 girls staying here. The house was big and beautiful! It was clean and cool (air condition in all rooms!). The patio and pool was great. Short distance to several restaurants, supermarkets, a car rental/taxi service and a bakery. Also very close to the beach (walking distance to several beaches in Neo Klima and only 10-15 minutes to drive to many other beautiful beaches, including the Mamma Mia beach!). The host was extremely kind and helpful, and very quick to reply!! We are very happy and loved our stay!

La localización y la casa son inmejorables, nos hemos sentido como en casa y si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos a alojarnos en Villa Nina. La casa está situada en un emplazamiento increíble y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

I highly recommend Filippos' house, the property is very new and well equipped. Clean house and ready to accommodate any kind of guest. The 180 degree view of the islands is something magical, like swimming in front of the sunset. Filippos is very helpful and friendly, he picked us up at the port and gave us lots of useful tips. Perfect host and magnificent house. Only one suggestion, better to have a car to stay in this beautiful place!

We had an amazing holiday at the villa. Spectacular views over the bay and the house is a real gem. We had everything we needed and the villa was clean and comfortable. Dimitris the host was super helpful at all times and responded immediately with any issues. We were escorted to the property by him following in our car which is absolutely essential because it was a little further out of town than we thought. The only negative was the drive approaching the house, this is not for the faint hearted as it winds along a precarious single track… if the other two properties were occupied which share this path there would be an issue getting past as its single track with no barriers! However saying that this wouldn’t put us off staying again and we will definitely be rebooking next year maybe one of the larger houses with friends 🙂 The island is absolutely stunning despite the Mamma Mia fame it’s managed to keep its Grecian charm we loved it 🙏
