We absolutely loved our stay at Angela’s house. My friend group meets annually the week after Christmas, but we usually stay in rustic Forest Service cabins. This year was a definite upgrade, but we agreed to no tv and limited phone use to mimic one of the reasons why we choose Forest Service cabins. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, and the kitchen in the house is amazing and well-stocked with cooking tools. We had plenty of space to gather to play games around the kitchen table and could have privacy when we needed quiet time. We all left feeling refreshed.

This was a lovely location for a girls trip. It is very nice and private and tucked away. I will say, the quality of the home isn't spectacular - the deck is a little rough and the docks are pretty rickety. However, I had a ton of fun with my group and those things didn't make a huge difference in the weekend. I thought the price was a little high for what it was, but I was glad to be so close to town. The views from the deck are incredible.

Being a host myself I’d say I have a bit of high expectations and this place did not disappoint! Extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing, close to town and the college. There are two parks within walking distance, skate park and about a 7 min walk to the lake. We appreciated the bonus room filled with children’s books and toys. We come every year and plan on booking this in the future!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

This lake side residence is truly a 10 star luxury property. The home is immaculately furnished with high end features and fixtures. The bathrooms are spa like and the kitchen would be the envy of a Michelin starred chef. The remote location on the lake ensures the utmost privacy with virtually non-existent boat traffic which enhances the day time activities such as water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming or just floating on inner tubes. Peaceful evenings are ideal for dinner on the expansive deck and star gazing late at night. My family had an incredible experience at this home and will be back next year for more fun and adventures.

We have been visiting Banks Lake for 25+ years and Red Rock Shadow Ranch highlights everything that is beautiful about this area! It has stunning views of Steamboat Rock and is conveniently located near a great boat launch. It offers a wonderful outdoor living space that allows you to enjoy an early morning sunrise or colorful and starry sunset. The layout of the house was perfect for our multi-family stay in one home while not feeling like we were on top of each other! Plenty of privacy and the kitchen has all the amenities we needed! The home is top notch and our hosts, Jeff and Angela were quick to reply with answers when we messaged! Thank you for another great visit to “paradise”! We can’t wait for our next visit!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for our family getaway. Valerie, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was always responsive and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our trip so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future!

We needed a place to rest and renew and this was absolutely perfect! The hosts were very available but were so thorough in their directions, instructions and details that we didn't even need to reach out...it was all simple and clear from the driving directions to get there, suggested restaurants in the area, hiking trail recommendations and directions to them, and clear and simple checkout instructions. The apartment was super cozy and inviting and looked even better than the pictures. We loved the fireplace in the living room and thoroughly enjoyed the very private hot tub on the porch. We mostly purchased simple meals to make at the grocery store, but enjoyed a few meals out in Rathdrum and Coeur d'Alene. Cascadia wood-fired pizza was the best wood-fired pizza I have ever eaten! And we really enjoyed the view and the delicious food at Sweet Lou's in Coeur d'Alene. Best getaway we've had in a long time! Thank you!
