Serenissimo Prencipe, lumière, paix, longue durée.

Nous étions 6 personnes, un couple et 4 amies pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Cet appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Piazza Le Roma et déjà en plein quartier vénitien au bord d'un petit canal. L'appartement est très spacieux, très calme et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'appartement, un grand couloir dessert les pièces, alors nous avions à la fois nos espaces privés et des espaces communs comme le salon/salle à manger et la grande cuisine. Les deux salles de bains et WC sont très pratiques. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré avec de beaux meubles anciens. Le canapé - lit est très large et très confortable, de ce fait , y dormir à 2 n'a pas été un soucis. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Dans le quartier il y a un supermarché et des restaurants. L'accueil a été ponctuel .

Wonderful apartment. Not cheap, but worth the splurge. The convenience of an elevator cannot be underestimated. Sunsets along the Giudecca are spectacular. Thank you to Giorgio!

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

ubytovanie zodpovedalo popisu, my sme mali však problém s parkovaním,nakoľko nebolo možné parkovať vo dvore ale parkovali sme na ulici .cez deň sa tam postavili autá a nebolo miesto, jeden deň sme mali konflikt so susedom lebo sme parkovali mimo čiar a nevedel vyjsť z dvora... v ubytovaní bolo dosť chladno počas celého pobytu. Horné poschodie úplne studené.. Toto bolo jedno mínus, inak ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a blízko Benátok ale skôr na teplejšie mesiace...

Skvěle dostupné. Ubytování přímo nad kanálem, dokonalá atmosféra jak si užít Benátky. Misto je klidné, ale přejdete o ulici dál a jste v centru dění. Byly to úžasné čtyři dny. Děkujeme.

E' la seconda volta che recensisco l'alloggio di Giuliana. E' una vera e propria casa, spaziosa, confortevole e anche calda se ci andate in inverno ;) Si arriva al mare o ai negozi in pochi minuti, ma la location e' verde e tranquilla. Giuliana e' una host perfetta, e noi consigliamo il suo alloggio a tutti quelli che vogliono trascorrere un periodo di totale relax a Caorle con la famiglia o gli amici.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Arianna is a very nice young lady, if we had any problem, she helped to solve it immediately. We are very happy to have met you Arianna, see you next year!

Views on the Rialto bridge

The apartment was exactly as described: spacious, with a view of Rialto Bridge and conveniently located. Orsola was extremely helpful in getting transport for us from the airport and to the train station. She was also always quick to answer questions. It was a wonderful experience staying at this apartment.

This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

We had a great time here! Giovanna is a very nice host, she sent us all the information we needed before arriving and even sent us videos so we could see the house and get the explanations. She also cared, if everything was okay and gave us good recommendations for the area. The house is amazing. Everything looks just like on the photos and we felt really comfortable. The kitchen is equipped perfectly, we found everything we needed and more. There is enough spaces for everybody and especially the bathrooms are great. Unfortunately the weather wasnt the best, when we were there, but we had a couple of days when we could use the pool and the BBQ, the outside are is very calm and relaxing. All in all, we had an amazing stay! Definitely recommend!

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

Hallo, Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Bungalow von Annalisa. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist eine grüne Oase mit Kräutern, die Gäste sogar nutzen dürfen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber hat gleichzeitig alles was man benötigt. Sehr positiv ist auch die einwandfreie Sauberkeit zu erwähnen. Bei Ankunft gibt Annalisa eine ausführliche Einweisung einschließlich Tipps für die Umgebung (Einkaufen/Freizeit/Restaurants). Wir waren Wehmütig bei der Abreise und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen 😊.
