Great location, close to many areas while still feeling like you’re out in the woods. We had a slight issue with getting in and our problem was solved in minutes, I appreciated the responsiveness of the hosts. Beautiful home, will be returning for all our Canyon Lake adventures!

Jody’s place was filled with any daily needed accessories. It made my family and I feel right at home. The home was loaded with entertainment and games to keep us occupied. We almost didn’t have the need to leave the home. Jody was also quick to respond to any questions and concerns my family and I had about the home.

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Great house! Huge backyard for the kids to run around and lots of patio space! House was clean and perfect amount of space and layout! We had a great stay!

Very comfortable place to stay. Surroundings are peaceful. Chelsea mentioned it was a bit hard to find but she gave great directions and we found that Wayz gps located it perfectly. also, Chelsea was very helpful and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

The name ' Tranquilitree' says it all. This was our second stay and definitely as good as the first. Susan and Alan are excellent hosts. Always quick to respond and wanting to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This is truly a place to be far from the madding crowd. Perfect silence during the day and a breathtaking sky at night, far from the lights of the big city. Thank you again Susan and Alan for giving us the privilege of staying in your beautiful retreat.

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Jay was the best host anyone could ask for, he was very responcive at any question I may have. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. I would absolutley stay here again! Thanks again Jay!

This is a very enjoyable place to stay and I highly recommend. Location is great for walking to downtown Boerne with parking right outside the door. Rick & Joaquin's instructions are clear and easy to understand - you'll have no problems getting in and out. The layout is great for two persons with the kitchen separating the bedroom and living area. Kitchen and bathroom are very well furnished and supplied. The combo heat/air unit works well. We look forward to our next stay.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

Amazing BNB!!!! So impressed by how lovely the property was and how beautiful my private apartment was even more. It's so much larger than the photos seem, they've added a nice round soaking plunge tub on the deck, it was great for relaxing on such a the warm day. I travelled for an AKC event and enjoy they are pet friendly. Little Cuca sure was a great host. Jim and Mindy made me a wonderful meat/cheese tray and delivered it to me. How gracious, I really hope we stay there again as it was the cleanest, neatest, most organized BNB I've ever stayed at. Mindy thinks of everything you might need while your there, I'm very happy I was able to meet them. thanks again!!!

We stayed here to attend a wedding on the farm next door and it was the perfect stay, we wanted to stay longer! The farm is so beautiful, the space is very thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nancy was so easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. Coffee on the front porch in the morning is unbeatable. 10/10 stay, we hope to be back.

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kenneth!

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s condo. Loved being by the river & the beautiful scenery, comfortable beds & all the amenities the place had to offer. Check in was easy, the place had everything we needed. There is even covered parking. Glad there was an elevator close to the room since I had a heavy ice chest. Would stay there again if I’m in New Braunfels again.
