Spring Hill : locations de vacances avec sauna

This is my second time booking with Scott, and will always be my go to place to stay. The location has been a huge advantage being across the road from the RBWH were my mum unfortunately is at the moment. As a host Scott has gone above and beyond to help my family and I in such a difficult time by being more than accomodation and relieving the stress of finding a home away from on this long journey.

This apartment met all our needs especially its very central location in Brisbane's CBD. We walked to Southbank daily to dine, swim and use the fabulous playground. The apartment was a good size for the three of us and we made use of the laundry and kitchen facilities. It was great to have a city view! The only negative, which is out of the hosts control, was extensive construction on the building next door all day and night! (not the weekends) This did disrupt our sleep as it seemed to go for 24hrs some nights during the week. Communication with the host was quick and we really appreciated the early check-in provided given our 7AM arrival from New Zealand. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, decent size for two, with everything you need. Clean, well equipped and in near new condition. Easy walk to museum, art galleries and cultural centre, plus restaurants. A comfortable stay with great views, especially at night.

We felt right at home. The instructions were clear and we found the apartment very easily. The cathedral complex garden is like an oasis - complete with nesting birds and lizards. It’s amazingly quiet considering how central the location. An easy walk to the Music Hall. Great eateries within walking distance. There is loads of public transport too. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of hot water. Loved the balcony over the garden. Parking bay nice and close to the lift and a decent size. The apartment is not new but it was just perfect for us! Brilliant communication.

We had a great stay at Jana’s apartment. Instructions for the key and parking were well communicated, place was clean and bed very comfortable. Balcony is a plus! We even got some fresh flowers - love that little detail. Restaurants are close by and walkable. Pool is very clean and looked after. Also worthwhile having a look at the rooftop level 32 for the view. The only thing we didn’t like to much is there is not much privacy in the apartment if curtains are open, since the next building is very close. But overall a great stay!

I can’t thank Jeff and Pauline enough for how seamless and organized our experience was. Truly felt like there was everything we needed right from the start. The hospitality was above and beyond, making us feel right at home and very appreciated. Thank you Jeff and Pauline- big hugs from Canada!

Had a fantastic stay at Abraham. Great value for money, right in the heart of the city. Awesome complex, and unit, well equipped with amenities and Ibrahim was very thorough with communication, which was really helpful. I recommend booking to stay at Ibrahim property.

The most special stay in the most amazing apartment! Minghao met us for check in downstairs in the reception and brought us up to show us around the apartment. The views are breathtaking from every angle! Lovely balcony to spend some time on too. The facilities are incredible! I recommend spending time in the Hot Tub area, you get a private room with a view/balcony. Also the pool area and BBQ area are great too. Truly worth every penny, no faults. Was sad to leave!

Bronia’s place is an ideal city accomodation. It’s right by the ferry which is a great way to get around Brisbane. Bronia has provided her guests with everything to make a pleasant and self contained place to stay. Her communication is clear and thoughtful.

I had a fantastic stay at Stefano’s place. Stefano himself is friendly and approachable. He was able to accommodate my request. The place is at the heart of cbd, a very convenient location. I would stay here again.

L’appartamento è molto comodo ed appena ristrutturato, la posizione vicinissima al centro è l’ideale per chi vuole visitare la città ma essere libero di spostarsi verso le altre bellezze che offre la zona , in un contesto molto tranquillo ho apprezzato molto la piscina e la palestra che sono a disposizione degli ospiti, sono davvero contento di aver soggiornato nell’ alloggio di Chris , lo consiglio vivamente

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

Chris was nothing short of amazing. We were scheduled to check in on Friday which is when Cyclone Alfred was meant to hit Brisbane. Knowing I was in town and with my wife and two young children, Chris offered me his apartment two days early free of charge, to ensure we were settled and comfortable before the cyclone was due to hit. Absolute gentleman. Apartment was great. Perfect location and clear instructions. Chris, thank you for everything and we will definitely rebook.

Noel is very polite and a most hospitable host. His space is well provided for, very clean, excellent location, park outside the door step, car park👌we didn’t use amenities, but they are available.. pool, gym, hot tub..what more could you ask for!! Thankyou Noel.

Super Apartment in schönem Stadtteil von Brisbane. Tolle Gastgeberin, die immer freundlich und flexibel reagiert hat. Absolute Empfehlung, gerne wieder.

We have no words, your house is absolutely beautiful, it was above and beyond what we had expected. Loved that the showroom desks are still there, it was a great place for me to work while the kids rested. The house is extremely spacious and caters for your every need. Perfect location, everything is only 10 mins away. Will definitely be staying here again next time our boys have races at QSAC.

Great place, Minty (the cat) is an amazing host making sure you feel right at home and included. From showing me my room to helping me pack my bag when going Minty was there assisting tirelessly. And anything that Minty couldn't assist with Tania was more than happy to help with. Great place I will certainly be back.

From booking to check out James was an amazing host to deal with. He was very responsive to messages and was extremely helpful when asked for advice - nothing was too much trouble. It was wonderful to be able to spend our family Christmas in such a lovely home. It had everything we needed and more. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and the most delightful toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool, sauna and ice bath were a hit! We were so close to shops, restaurants, parks and the river - everything within walking distance. Our only problem was we ran out of time to visit everywhere we intended too! I would whole heartedly recommend a stay at James’s place…you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place to stay. I celebrated my birthday with family and friends here and it was just perfect: big table for a feast, clean deep pool with a picturesque view and the house is fully equipped with everything you might need. Jasmin is a super friendly host and responded to our messages promptly. She even prepared a baby cot for my daughter! I would love to come back one day.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back next time we’re in Aus! Wade’s communication was incredible, check in was super easy to follow and then once he was home he also gave us a tour of some of the amenities. The whole place was super clean at all times, enough chill out space that you weren’t on top of other guests but social enough to chat! The gym is great, and we loved the ice bath and hot tub too, everything you need to feel right at home. Easy walk to the shops and super close to the train station which was super cheap into central Brisbane! Thanks so much! 😊
