Short walk to the beach, everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler and even a wagon for easy transport. Very quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and the beach seemed semiprivate on a holiday weekend no less. The house was just what we needed with a fantastic shared pool and a new high end bbq grill.

My husband and I loved that it was a nice quite clean place in a safe area. We arrived after dark and liked the motion lights after entering the side yard. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and will definitely be booking when we come back to the area next time

My stay at the Rudens was great! The house was very well maintained and clean. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and always friendly. The property is in a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and other local activities. Would definitely book with the Rudens again!

Expect to receive top notch customer service from both of the hosts. Helpful, polite, and prompt communication. The place couldn’t have been better for the price. The floor was so shiny that I thought the rain leaked under the door as it was storming. They provided free snacks, and the wifi worked great. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and shower was great. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Jose worked with me to get me into the room ASAP. He was very kind and checking in was easy. Space was perfect for an overnight stay before a cruise.

Quiet place to sleep with a well equipped, kitchen and bath. Park right in front of the unit. Clean. Would recommend.

Sandy was the absolute best! She made our stay so easy and made sure we felt right at home. Check in was a breeze and I felt if I needed anything or had any questions at all I didn’t need to hesitate at all. The room was so clean and set up wonderful. Beautifully renovated condo with all the necessities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was outstanding. The bathroom was large with a nice size stand up shower and good water pressure. The patio was a nice spot to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee and provided an excellent view of the 15th hole tee box. The heated pool was never crowded and was only a short walk away. The resort itself was beautifully landscaped with many varieties of trees and vegetation throughout. The many ponds on the property were abundant with all kinds of birds and wildlife. The property is in a great location with major roads, restaurants and shopping centers close by. My host Annie was friendly and very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable residence on a beautiful piece of property in a great location.

Amy should hold a masters class in being an Airbnb host. She is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. She is so detail oriented in all her information that she leaves for guests right down to the best area suggestions. She is quick to respond with helpful hints. She is a 5 star host and the apartment was 5 stars for our needs too. Highly recommend and very close to beautiful beaches too.

What a fabulous find! Sasa’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor seating were wonderful for relaxing, reading, and wildlife viewing. We kayaked, explored the sponge docks, went to the beach, and had delicious coffee at Urban Grounds. Sasa was so helpful and prompt at addressing all of our needs! If you want to visit Tarpon Springs, book this place!! You’ll be so glad you did!

Highly recommended. Great hosts, super clean and welcoming place and a great hot tub to relax with privacy. Will stay again!
