We had a great stay the place was clean and comfortable and made for a lovely week with a good nights rest.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Thank you for such a perfect place for my needs.

Quiet, peaceful stay. Beautiful view from the screened deck. Easy access to boats and water, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This was the first time that I had stayed in a home where the owners also live. Jeff and George provided a great experience. The home was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a balcony that overlooked the gorgeous backyard. Upon arrival, we were greeted and given a tour. The host also offered to help us with our luggage. The host thought of so many small details, including aromatherapy, which I loved. In the king room, we had a nice rainhead shower.

I want to say. I was very surprised to get what they said. They are very nice. Awesome location. I’m a single woman traveling for work and I felt safe. You never know what you are going to get and I got more than I signed up for… as far as safety, location, privacy, the room was more than good. And the company was even better. Never over stepped boundaries or agreement. Made great friends forever.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay here. It was perfect for 2 people.

This was just the perfect little place. Victor was very thorough on check in and check out leaving no questions. No complaints at all.

Clean and cute spot! Host was very responsive and even let me check in a little early after a long travel morning which I appreciated. The pool area was beautiful! I wish the weather was a bit warmer to get in, but I enjoyed sitting by it. Overall a nice stay and I would return!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time staying in an AirBnB and we were blown away to say the least! The bed was extremely comfortable and clean, the shower was gorgeous with provided toiletries and the property was well maintained. We had an issue initially getting the smart lock to work but Leon was immediately responsive, provided instructions on how to fix it and even offered to come over and help us get in! Leon also provided cold bottled water in the mini fridge, keurig coffee cups as well as cream and sugar. 100% happy with our stay and will rebook again if we’re ever back in the area!

Amazing price and amazing stay. Super clean and cute and has everything you need plus more! Host is very responsive and so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful relaxing night and it was so cozy and clean everything smelt so good 🥰

We loved staying here, it was clean and had all you would expect from a hotel. We personally loved that there is no windows because we landed very early and it was always easy to sleep. They have a nightlight so you don't feel like you are completely blackedout.

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple !! The bed was super comfortable, and the hole was well taken care of. There is an abundance of grocery stores and places to eat near. We rented an EV ,and the charging station was less than 15 mins away.

The space was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Marlene was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

Worth the stay

Beautiful place, loved our stay. The hot tub was a great addition and felt great after a day of walking.

This place was super cute! Perfect stay for a birthday trip with my partner conveniently close to Busch Gardens. Perfect for two people. Highly recommend. Cute outside area with a hammock. The inside decor was also very cute Not far from downtown Tampa.

Beautiful, cozy, air bnb the river is beautiful and the swings are a pleasure to sit on at night overlooking the water. Great host very understanding and responsive. Will be back for sure in the future!

Liz is a very responsive and helpful host. The place is quiet and comfortable. Liz helped us turn on the AC when temperature dropped. Beach chairs, mats, and towels are provided as described. The location is a little far from downtown Tampa and the beach but it didn't become a big problem (it's also quite close to the airport which is great). We spent the New Year holidays there and we had a chance to see some amazing fireworks! We really enjoyed the stay.

Came in to Clearwater to see Spring training baseball at BayCare ballpark and TD Ballpark. Location was perfectly set in between both. Easy 5-8 minute ride. Home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the guest house and was able to easily connect to fast wifi for remote working. The bed was comfortable and very clean fresh linens and towels. great location near everything in Seminole Heights - recommend for a super cute and comfy place to stay!

Gloria was an outstanding host! Very warm, generous, helpful, and always in a good mood, she went above and beyond in every way. She even brought a cake for Oliver’s birthday! The saltwater pool was amazing and the proximity to Sunset Beach by bike was a wonderful surprise to us. Gloria didn’t mention it in the post, but her tap water is actually double filtered which meant we didn’t have to constantly buy, schlepp or filter water ourselves because we could drink it right out of the tap! Gloria generously moved her car so that we could park both of our vehicles in the driveway. We loved the privacy that the backyard offered and all the different places to sit in sun or shade. In the evening there were so many amazing birds coming to visit the front yard right before sunset: a peacock, 3-5 wood storks, a great blue heron, a snowy egret and some ibises! We felt very blessed to have found such a great person in such a great place for such great value… Thank you, Gloria! 👏

Excellent host. Very helpful when communicating and fast to respond. Refunded our money, due to us not being able to get our flight down there due to weather related conditions.
