It was a great spot! The apartment was lovely - great natural light and lots of fans and ACs and parking was really easy. The kitchen was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower is a little slippery, but once we figured that out, it was all good. Highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

This place fit my needs as it had everything I needed for my five night stay. The unit was quite comfortable. Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions from the host. Something to be aware of, the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors. But in the evenings it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again next time I'm in Clearwater.

My husband and I loved that it was a nice quite clean place in a safe area. We arrived after dark and liked the motion lights after entering the side yard. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and will definitely be booking when we come back to the area next time

Was perfect for the event we were in Florida for a 5-10 min drive from everything g and was a comfy place to come back to at the end of the day.

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

Brandon was a superb host. He responded within an hour or two for any question we had and is incredibly courteous. His demeanor was always kind and peaceful- the kind of host everyone wants! Rest assured when booking with him!

Lovely bungalow with nice amenities. The host is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and the yard. The location was very central with downtown only a short distance away.

Overall we had a great time at Johns place. Location was convenient as it was close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. House was really nice, very clean, and felt very safe. John was also very quick to respond.

We had a great stay here, location was walkable to a park and grocery store and the space itself was super clean. Kitchen is well stocked and the backyard is a great plus!

We had a wonderful stay. Two 50+ year old women. We felt very safe. Gret neighborhood. Close to what we needed. The home was very clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend.

Ray’s place is exactly as described. Conveniently located and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Tampa in under 20 minutes driving. The pool table and ping pong table were awesome amenities that we very much enjoyed. Ray was able to quickly answer any questions we had and was super friendly. This Airbnb is well worth the price and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay centrally in Tampa

I truly enjoyed my stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and matched the photos exactly. I felt right at home! The tiki bar by the heated pool was also a plus! Very safe surroundings, pleasant people, and I would definitely rent this spot again! Thank you Chris!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

A short walk to a beautiful sugar sand beach. Nicely remodeled with many modern touches. Good eating places within walking distance, but away from the party noise. A good value for money.

Fantastic stay condo is well equipped with everything you need me and my son felt right at home will no doubt rent it again in the future.

Apartment was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and only 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to Pier 60 and less than 10 mins drive to Publix. Parking space was really useful given how busy Clearwater got.

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Marta’s condo. She was a great host and responded quickly if we needed anything. It was an easy check in and her condo was clean, spacious and had every thing you needed. Some things we thought we really appreciated were the beach chairs, beach towels and coolers she provided for us to use! The complex pool was always busy with wonderful polite people to socialize with. There is a restaurant just out front of the complex and a plaza with other shops if needed. Great location as well! Thank you again Marta for having us and we hope to be back one day!🙂
