Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Hosts were responsive and condo was comfortable and well equipped

Great waterfront view with a dock for fishing or hanging out, kayaks & bikes to use during our visit. lots of stores and restaurants in the city center less than 15 mins away. Super close to the Weeki Wachee spring for a fun family day! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at the house. And adorably decorated with Mermaid theme!!

What a fabulous find! Sasa’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor seating were wonderful for relaxing, reading, and wildlife viewing. We kayaked, explored the sponge docks, went to the beach, and had delicious coffee at Urban Grounds. Sasa was so helpful and prompt at addressing all of our needs! If you want to visit Tarpon Springs, book this place!! You’ll be so glad you did!

We had an amazing stay! Kristin was super easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The location was within walking distance to everything on Clearwater Beach, various restaurants to eat at, mini golf, and even the pier. We were able to use beach chairs, towels and umbrella that they provided, which was super helpful. our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool. Overall we would love to return again for next years spring training baseball games. Go Phillies!!!! :)

I absolutely loved this spot. the view put the back door. the little hammock. the place was so clean and comfortable. The host was so sweet helpful and responsive. She did tell me to use the black towels for things we don't want to get on the white ones so when it came to washing my face I couldn't find the black ones (probably because I'm blind) and panicked. but I'm sure that was just my doing. it was so close to the public beach access (walking distance) and all the other fun places. I absolutely loved this place and will absolutely book again. 💜

Stayed at Diane’s place for a quick weekend getaway to enjoy some much needed downtime. This quiet neighbourhood on the canal was just the spot! Diane was super responsive and felt she was a quick message away if we needed anything. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and couldn’t recommend Diane’s place more if you’re looking to escape the hustle&bustle of life.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The photos and the description on the website are accurate. Mitchell and Cherie are great hosts. Mitchell responded to every question that we asked. If you are looking for a wonderful place on Clearwater Beach bay, Mitchell has the answer. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space including the patio and dock.

This was wonderful! It felt like home away from home. They are proactive and have anything they think would be helpful for their guests. I really appreciate them messaging me allowing us to check in early ahead of the storm. As someone who is in the area a lot, I appreciated the home-like feel. We will definitely be back. They were the best hosts we’ve had so far. Thank you both again! Our family hated to leave.

This is my 3 rd stay 3 years in a Row for Scallop season It is central to both Regions for my preference the property is very roomy with a view to behold this is the first year we used the the dock for our boat it was wonderful Gina is always very prompt to reply to questions or needs Definitely reccomend

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

everything was petfect

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home, everything was found as described in the listing, or better! The backyard was our favorite spot for our family of 5, we spent hours kayaking (even saw a dolphin), fishing off the dock, sunbathing, and playing games. Kevin has thought of everything you could need to make a bayside vacation fun and easy!

What a wonderful place. House had everything you could possible want or need. My wife and daughter spend hours sunbathing on what they call “the best sun loungers ever” and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool (especially for a cool down after all that shopping). The dock was brilliant and fishing was unreal. All the rods the house provides worked great which was handy and helped catch lots of fish. Loved watching dolphins, manatees, eagles and many other birds. Deborah was a great host and more than helpful. It’s always a good sign when you don’t need to bug the host as it means everything was spot on but her but recommendations were great. Rusty bellies seafood restaurant was unreal (recommended by the neighbours who were also great I must add) the large fridge freezer meant we could use the kitchen and bbq and was like a home from home. My wife is still loving the mahoosive washer dryer too and Beds were so comfy!! Overall we will defo be back and highly recommend staying there.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

Kevins place is very nice and private. We had a great time in the heated pool. The inside had plenty of space for everyone. The screened in florida room was a great bonus as it was cold while we were there so it was a great place to hang out. The kayaks are in great condition and its only about a 10 minute paddle to the clear spring water. Stores and restaurants nearby and in walking distance. Will return in the future.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The unit was clean, spacious, and matched the photos exactly. I felt right at home! The tiki bar by the heated pool was also a plus! Very safe surroundings, pleasant people, and I would definitely rent this spot again! Thank you Chris!

I had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located Airbnb in Tampa. I arrived a few days early for some golf with friends before my work commitments and found this place to be perfect. The accommodation matched the pictures and exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal for catching baseball games, heading to the beach, or exploring the local parks and attractions. Parking was a breeze, right across from the pool area, and your balcony view is just 15 steps up the stairs. Although I only had time for a quick lunch at the pool, the burger was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was great, with a mix of families, business travelers, and snowbirds. I will definitely stay here again. The hosts were extremely responsive, making sure I had everything I needed as soon as check-in time arrived. 10/10.

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

Location convenient for anything Tampa. Safe and secure with convenient access. Room was clean with adequate linens. Kitchen has adequate items that can be put to use for making a meal with groceries available nearby. Balcony is good for sitting out and enjoying the bay breeze!

Very clean and comfortable and the pool was directly outside of the room. Did bad thing is that they were doing construction on the beach but I'm assuming by next year that should be finished and it will be even better. Anyway have a great day and you will have a wonderful day there

Beautiful, quiet, secure. Great view of the beach and water. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, activities. Clean and comfortable. Modern major appliances in excellent condition. Coffee pot was an older single cup Keurig. Adequate for 2 people to use but a drip pot or French press would be a welcome addition. Pots and pans sufficient for us but if you do a lot of cooking on vacation you may find the cookware and utensils wanting. Excellent TVs. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Peter.
