Chanin was an A+++ host!! The accommodations were amazing. The pictures don’t do this property justice! The hot tub was my favorite place to watch the game(s)…MARCH MADNESS!! And, her personal touch(es) made my sorority sisters and I have the most memorable 33rd anniversary ever.

We had a fabulous stay here and will definitely be back! Very peaceful, clean, and communication was answered right away. We enjoyed visiting Franklin and Nashville towns as this location was right in the middle and easily accessible to all necessities.

We had a wonderful weekend! Aimee has thoughtfully appointed the cabin to enhance each guest’s stay. We certainly will be back!

We couldn't have been more impressed with the house and the hospitality. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable, the view of the Cumberland River while sitting in the hot tub was so relaxing. Seeing the Eagle above the hot tub everyday was a really cool part of our stay. Very spacious back patio. We loved the fire pit and really appreciated Monica having fresh firewood brought in for our stay. The bathrooms were very accommodating. Washer and dryer were a real plus. Awesome amenities in the cabin and two wood burning fireplaces in the house were a huge plus. Monica was very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful gem on the Cumberland.

This place is straight out of a novel. I went for a writing/focus retreat + quick getaway which will now be a regular ritual. The drive was a breeze. Easily under an hr but took a winding scenic route Dickson. The cabin is unreal. Beautifully designed but also warm & welcoming. Had everything I needed. THREE decks w/fantastic views - one w/a huge table & space for yoga/workout, doing work, eating w/family/friends, one chill roomy private deck & one w/a hot tub. I stayed downstairs- can’t remember the last time I slept so well. floor-to-ceiling windows made waking up so energizing. It’s right next to the hot tub - perfect way to end the night (so many stars) 🤩 Cold plunged in the morning then laid in the sun reading for hours.. I did some of the best writing & clearest thinking of my life. (pro tip: bring water shoes) Planning a trip back w/family & friends but on a personal & creative level, this place was healing. 3 days flew by; was very hard to leave - will be back soon! 🙏🏼

Very tranquil location that had the feel of isolation, but close enough to Nashville to take advantage of what the city has to offer. Appreciate that this location was pet friendly as we have older small dogs . Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome getaway in Eagleville. The Cabin was delightful, spotless, and well-furnished, and the bed was really comfortable. Great location close to town while also feels tucked away and private.Pam was outstanding with communication and service, and we will definitely stay at The Cabin next time we come to Eagleville.

I booked this for my husband and his friends. They said the place was perfect, everything they needed. They loved the property, and the tee box was great fun!

Cute cabin in the woods! Saw deer almost EVERY time we stepped outside. Very active with wildlife in the area. Short drive to Nashville and local sites.

Great stay! Peaceful and private location in the woods while still being close enough to local attractions and good food. Took advantage of the beautiful fall weather by spending a lot of time on the covered porch. House as advertised. Clean and had everything we needed, good wifi.

This was a wonderful place for a quick getaway. It is right across the street from Arrington Vineyards. Beautiful setting. The cabin is rustic but has all the amenities. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. We utilized the firepit on 2 of our nights. It sits right on the creek bank and is below road level so it is private. We had a possum visit us on both nights. LOL. It is very close to downtown Franklin and also Nolensville. Highly recommend!!!

The house was beautiful and had everything you’d need. My family had a wonderful time. The outdoor space around the house is great for kids. It felt very private. Highly recommend!

Such a tranquil spot! There were storms coming into the area and Erin reached out to make sure we had what we needed. The first night was wonderful to sit on the porch and watch the rain come down. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was so beautiful and relaxing. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking coffee and watching all the wild life meandering through. We enjoyed listening to the creek sitting by the fire in the evenings after chasing lightening bugs. We initially chose this property to go to Nashville and explore but ended up only going one day because we enjoyed the house so much. To us this house is a destination in its self no need to leave. We did have some local adventures in horseback riding and a Canoe trip. There is so much to do and explore in this area but you may find it’s just as fun to stay home and relax. Patricia is friendly and responds quickly. We had no problems checking in or checking out. We rate our whole vacation a 10 out of 10. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place for four couples, everyone had their own room with plenty of space, one couple with a baby had the whole basement to spread out but the bedroom itself definitely had enough room as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, glassware etc. Good enough proximity to Franklin downtown and stores. Can hear main road but it is elevated and far back from it, very private.

This is a storybook cottage and property. There are a number of paths and sitting areas to enjoy. The front porch swing is the best. The bench beside the stream at the bottom of the hill is also a favorite. The house is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The large white bedroom is beautiful! We enjoyed a lovely, peaceful couple of days.

It was so serene and beautiful. I wasn’t expecting to see the wedding event also, but it was a nice surprise to just watch the celebration when we didn’t want to head to the city. When we arrived the porch light wasn’t working and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly but this didn’t have any bearing on the quality of the place or our stay. It was perfect for us.
