Worked well for our two families traveling to come together, great common areas to hang out in, comfortable accommodations that were well appointed and considerate.

Loved our stay here! It was an amazing location, so walkable and cool neighborhood with lots going on. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, and really worked with me on checkin and checkout to accommodate our flight arrival and departure time. The beds are super comfy and the house felt like a home away from home. Would recommend highly and would come back!

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

Absolutely beautiful! We loved everything about this charming historic home and the thoughtful hospitality of our host, Denise. The house was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the unique floorplan offered privacy for each bedroom. We loved the large shower (cleanliness, great water pressure and temperature range, and high-quality fixtures are always appreciated!), the tasteful decor, and the interesting bits of history throughout the home. Denise was quick to respond when I messaged her with a question. There were thunderstorms and a tornado warning shortly before our check-in time and Denise called to make sure we were aware and safe. So thoughtful! We plan to stay here again soon!

The homeowner and home were both amazing. Our guests had an amazing time. We rent from Airbnbs all over the country and this homeowner goes above and beyond. We can’t give her enough stars.

My wife and I spent spring break in Nashville and this place was just what we needed. The location was close to Downtown/Broadway, East Nashville/ 5 points, and a quick jaunt to the Opry. The coach house was very clean with a great kitchen and nice bathroom. We felt right at home with our two little dogs able to take walks in the neighborhood after a day on the town. Parking was well lit and safe right off the alley.

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

We had an amazing stay over New Years! The house was so cozy and inviting. Adorable neighborhood - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We’ll be back soon!

Highly recommend staying in the Cozy Cottage. Great location and exactly what we needed for the Christmas holiday. Jenny was awesome!! We plan to stay again when we are in the area. You will not be disappointed staying at the Cozy Cottage!!

We recently stayed at this magical cottage and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The whole atmosphere of the place was truly enchanting. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, and we loved taking leisurely walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our time at the cottage was simply magical. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a peaceful retreat.

Nicole’s place was adorable and sooo peaceful. We spent hours sitting in the screened-in porch, listening to the babbling creek and watching the birds feed right in front of us. We felt like we were at a movie theater. We even saw great blue herons wading and gliding along the water! We loved coming home after spending the day in and around Nashville (about a 30-min pretty drive along some winding roads). Nicole’s cottage is cozy and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. And don’t forget to check out the hammocks down by the water! If we return to Nashville, we will be coming back to stay in this home away from home.

The place was in a great location for us and close to everything. The backyard was super cute and the kids loved all of the family activities they had available.

From the second we arrived, you made us feel like family. The neighborhood felt like something out of a Disney movie. Gorgeous, rolling hills. Peaceful and homey. We didn’t want to leave! Mike was incredibly kind and helpful, and truly felt like we knew him for years. A good friend. Will absolutely be back and want to move here now. The home was so perfect. My girls ages 10 and 11 were thrilled with it! The loft reminded us of the Mary Poppins’ children’s bedrooms. Everything was perfect, and we are so grateful for the experience! Will definitely be back! Thank you, Mike and Donna, for a magical spring break for me and my girls!

This cute little house worked out perfectly. Great location and quick easy responsive instructions on how to enter. I'll make a mental note to look for this listing when I need a placer to stay in the Nashville area.

what a wonderful place! Very clean, cute and well stocked. great location close to downtown yet far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful when at the house....we used uber to get to different places....very reasonable from her location....you wont be disappointed...we'll be back!!

My husband and I came for our first wedding anniversary and wanted something personable and homey. Mrs. Pam does such an amazing job making this place welcoming. The view of the farm is gorgeous and the horses were so wonderful to visit. Mrs. Pam and Mr. Will were both so nice to talk to and had plenty of stories to tell about the place and the area. Great recommendations given for places to eat and visit. Absolutely wonderful place to stay if you want a quiet retreat after a day of adventure. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

It was wonderful to stay at Nancy's place. She was a great host and the home had a very warm, homely vibe. She even offered to drop us off at our car in a rainstorm, which was so kind. Also, we *really* enjoyed the coffee shop down the street, it was divine!

Darrell was very nice. He met us at the AirBnb for check in and showed us around the house and property. He ensured we were settled in prior to leaving. Prior to arrival the owners answered any questions we had and were very responsive before and during our stay. We tried our best to ensure we left the place how we found it. The bedding was comfortable and the towels were great! We certainly appreciated the hosts and their home. Top notch hosts! Simply said what you get here is great communication and a comfortable quiet places. Thanks for hosting us!

Like many reviews on Mary and Joe’s place, this truly felt like home away from home, like I stepped into my mother’s cottage if she had one. The house is cozy, well-stocked, and very close to a grocery store and restaurants and the yard is very cute. Mary was very responsive and we felt very well taken care of. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed too.
