My stay at Dana's place was fantastic! Dana and Alexander were great hosts - super helpful, very responsive, and they worked with me for my early arrival. The location of the Airbnb was perfect - so many great locations were walkable! I would definitely consider staying again the next time I'm in Nashville!

We have now stayed twice here with Brenton and Nolan they are wonderful hosts! Would highly recommend booking with them for your trip!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Stayed for a month, and in that time really appreciated the location (walkability to Vanderbilt Medical in my case). Close to some solid food options. The residence itself is well-updated, true to pictures, and I appreciate the front/back access. Frankly, it was easy to feel at home here. The host was responsive, friendly, and I could tell was invested in ensuring my month-long stay met a high standard. Otherwise, the host was out of site out of mind with clear instructions provided about entry. I am thankful for this place.

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many places. He even had it ready early for us to get in when we arrived. Zach iprovided clear check in and check out instructions, and is very responsive to messages. We would defentily stay there again if we reutrn to Nashville.

My boyfriend and I fell in love with this amazing Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home! The Airbnb and environment was so breathtaking & refreshing! Mrs. D was soo amazing! She had the place spotless clean! She’s so sweet and easy to communicate with! She even left a box of chocolates and a card for Valentine’s Day for us. I will definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and everyone! We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you so much!

House was just as described. Very clean and James was quick to respond to any questions.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

This home was so lovely, my family and I came down here to see my oldest son and we felt right at home. Everything was so clean, the beds were specifically made for a good nights sleep. My boys loved playing with the pac man machine. My family and I will most definitely be staying at this place again whenever we come back. Nice place with 3BRs/4 baths downstairs and 2 BRs /1 bath upstairs. Sitting areas (each a little limited) and kitchens on both levels. It worked fine for our group of 5 guys. Not in the greatest area but felt safe. Plenty of parking in the rear and conveniently located to restaurants and other businesses on Main St. The host was very responsive and accessible.

Nice place, only complaint is that there wasn’t enough ammenities for the time we were there.

Location was great. Close to downtown. Close to Vanderbilt. Comfortable and spacious. Owners were prompt with responses to questions.

Great location near Broadway, the Gulch, Zoo and other attractions. Lots of space, comfortable beds and furnishings and great view of the downtown skyline. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this rental!

Everything was super clean & tidy!! The beds were extremely comfy and the check in/check out process was very easy/simply. David was very quick to answer and helpful with any questions I had. The decor/vibe was so cute. Would definitely stay again!!!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

We loved our stay in this apartment. Super convenient parking, right next door and an elevator. The unit was in a perfect location to do all the fun stuff in Nashville by foot, while having super quiet and peaceful nights. The bed was particularly comfortable, towels of good quality and the place was very clean.

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.
