So sad we had to leave! We had a perfect weekend at Josh’s place. Super cute house, very clean and modern. We absolutely loved it. They thought of everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The linens were so fresh and clean. The deck was great, the lake water was warm and out past the dock provided a great place to swim, use the paddle boards or just float around. Josh was so nice to deal with as well and provided great information about the place. Thank you for a super fun weekend 💜.

We had an amazing week at Vickie's beautiful lakefront cottage in early September. The weather was perfect, and being a bit out of season, we were the only people around so it was very private and peaceful. Vickie sent a thorough welcome message initially with clear instructions for accessing the property, and provided some great recommendations for things to do in the area (aside from spending time on the beach!) She was always quick to respond to all other messages too. The house itself was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The setting just can't be beat - Vickie's home is on a great stretch of sugar sand beach. We really enjoyed taking sunset beach walks. Lastly, it meant a lot to us that we were able to bring our two dogs with us, and especially since we had to say goodbye to one of them shortly after getting home. We were so glad she had one last beach trip. I can't recommend Vickie's home highly enough. She was an exceptional host, and we can't wait to go back!

We had a great winter time by the lake. The house is very welcoming and our dogs loved the backyard and treats. The kitchen has everything you need. We ended up sleeping downstairs because of the dogs, and the sofa bed was comfy enough. We had a great time by the dunes and Michigan lake. It certainly deserves a new trip next spring.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cozy Cottage, and it was indeed a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The charming and well-maintained cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease, surrounded by peaceful surroundings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a base for exploring the area, the Cozy Cottage is an excellent choice. I can't recommend it enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway!

This was the perfect t get away to be right on the water. The area was quiet with lots to do on the property! We loved our stay!

Cozy, comfortable and accommodating. It was just what we needed for a winter get-away. The laundry space was great for keeping bikes and it had all the amenities we could think of.

Place was immaculate. Had everything and more. Enough silverware, plates, and cooking equipment. Towels galore, even bigger ones for the hot tub. Couldn't have been happier. Thans Vince.

Host was very responsive. The space was really big and the master bed was comfortable. The second bedroom was attached through a shared sitting room. For a Winter stay it was warm and could only imagone how much fun this stay would be in the Summer.

This home was gorgeous, fun, and relaxing! My whole family was able to spend amazing time together and relax in the hot tub and sauna. The house and location were incredible, and Leslie was so very kind, helpful, and had very efficient information for everything needed. In addition, Leslie was extremely quick to respond to a couple of questions. I would highly recommend this beautiful, spacious home! My family hopes to return for another visit.

I’ve rented a number of places in this area and Riverdance was very special! The home was clean and well appointed with all you need. Location awesome - everything we like to do (downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, Oval Beach and hiking trails) was 10 mins or less alway. Kitchen well appointed. The star was the pool and we enjoyed it so much! A pool with no fencing between the pool and the river - that is rare and GOLD! Todd was great to deal with and very responsive. Great property, great stay!

What a little gem of a place! Truly was an enjoyable place to stay and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months when you can take advantage of all the amenities like the beautiful in ground pool in the backyard.

While we feel this place is probably best enjoyed in warmer weather, (because of the lake and outside amenities), we enjoyed our time there. We loved the view and were surprised to see people ice fishing. (So if you’re an angler this is the place for you.) Definitely a quiet peaceful weekend. Hopefully one of these days we’ll make it up during the summer. We would love to sit outside and enjoy a sunrise/sunset on the lake.

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully designed and comfortable for our family of four. The kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub was an added bonus. Kristi was very responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and sledding options. The house is very close to everything and was nestled on a quiet spot of the lake. It was the perfect place to stay for our winter family getaway!

This fabulous place exceeded our expectations! Lake Michigan was as gorgeous as we imagined, but the house matched it! The hosts thought of literally anything and everything a guest might want or need. I cannot recommend this airbnb highly enough. Holland is an adorable town and this is the best homebase to enjoy the incredible view and get away from it all. Be sure check out the local farmer's market and then create your feast in the well-stocked kitchen. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was warm and welcoming! Everything was clean and organized. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was a great place to stay!

Loved, loved, loved this house & the location! Beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the front porches (top & bottom). Neighborhood is wonderful for walking on the beach, close to the channel and close to the Deck. (The Deck is great for a fun evening of live music & eats!) The house had everything we needed. Loved the decor & cozy touches (lots of throw blankets for curling up when it’s cool!). The downstairs bedroom with two queen beds & a loft bed & a large tv was terrific for a late night family hang-out after the Deck but not wanting to miss our team playing college football. This house truly deserves its 5-star rating. Everything about it hit the mark & Taylor is a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time as a family. We spent the weekend as a Christmas getaway with our children and grandchild. The pool table was popular.

This house was just as great as the pictures. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the deck and taking in the lake views all day long. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. As we were traveling with 2 children under the age of 2, we enjoyed having the baby equipment available. The baby gates were very necessary with all the stairs. Jamie was very responsive and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed in this rental.

This house is simply awesome! Makes a week at the lake easy and fun to have a private beach steps away, and a killer setup to enjoy nightly sunsets. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious for family fun. Also a great location for outings - easy to get to both grand haven and holland as well as tons of local parks and beaches. A special find!

The location right on the beach is unbeatable. Stairs lead you down to the most beautiful soft sandy beach that is private and secluded for just your family. We stopped feeling like we needed to visit other beaches in the area because we felt like we had the best one in our own backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with essentials and lots of games and cards as well. The spiral staircase gave us a workout, but definitely doable if you can handle stairs. The area felt very safe. We would love to return!
