The area of Saugatuk and Douglas is fabulous with a lot of cafes and restaurants. The town is very quaint and picturesque. A lot of great farm to table restos and a wonderful farmer's market. The place was gorgeous with a pool. And a lot of towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals. The "baby suite" was especially nice with a fridge in the basement. And the rooms upstairs had a master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another smaller room and a room with bunk beds share a bathroom. The shower heads were great! Nice fluffy beddings and we all slept well with lots of privacy between families and kids. The living room and kitchen were very nice with enough room for kids to play and great for dinners and breakfast. Great patio area for reading, working and relaxing by the pool. We had a wonderful family stay! Our home away from home. Very relaxing and we loved staying at this house. We'll be back!

Stayed with my family while visiting Holland beautiful home clean and close to a lot but also felt homey and peaceful. Host responsive to minimal questions.

We had a great time, the house was very nice for family to gather and enjoy time together. No problems at all. The kitchen was well supplied, linens were clean, extra pillows and blankets available, games and activities for our various ages. And the host was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful home! We loved the decor & aesthetic and colors. There was a huge couch & chairs and plenty of room for our girls group of 9 to relax and plenty of beds! We loved the hot tub and the house was fully stocked and even included some local goodies! I wish we could have stayed longer, the home was so big we later discovered the tv stand full of games and firewood in the walkway for a fire. The property is beautiful as well, we saw a fox and multiple deer while in the living area. Chris sent very detailed instructions for directions, access and tons of recommendations! His communication was on point and he was very responsive. I will definitely stay at one of his homes again and would highly recommend to anyone considering!

What a little gem of a place! Truly was an enjoyable place to stay and met all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months when you can take advantage of all the amenities like the beautiful in ground pool in the backyard.

Great place to stay! We were visiting from out of town for a cheer competition so this place was perfect to cook meals, get ready for competition and get a great night of sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! Great location 10 minutes from downtown Holland. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well-stocked with utensils. Everything was exactly as described.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean, comfortable linen, plenty of towels (including beach towels). So nice of them to let us use the bikes and extra beach accessories, including a push-wagon that was perfect to take the baby to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and all of great quality and new. The dryer is old and makes a huge noise (a note on top of it warned us), so I suggest to turn it on when everyone is either awake or away. The neighborhood is residential and very friendly and quiet. There’s a nice park within a short walk. The beach is beautiful and also within walking or biking distance. We chose to drive to the farthest point of the beach where there are bathrooms, a snack shack and a nice and fun restaurant. It is paid parking (May-Sept). The hosts were super helpful and responded any questions quickly. We certainly recommend the place!

We enjoyed our weekend at Segrid's home. The beach was so nice and close for walks and the sound of the waves on our fall retreat was an added, peaceful, bonus!

We had a wonderful stay! The photos are very accurate. There were wonderful little touches like some toys for my little one, plenty of clean linens and towels, a very well stocked kitchen. It’s worth knowing that the stairs to the second floor are very steep. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

Nice, quiet place to stay with a larger crowd!

We loved staying at the hideaway! The backyard was perfect for our dogs and the hot tub was our favorite thing after a day of exploring. The hideaway is easily walkable to restaurants and fun things to do in the social district. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Very nice place…loved the game room, hot tub and fire table….host was very responsive and left a nice welcome note and items…easy code access…would definitely recommend to others.

My family stayed at Elizabeth’s home while we visited family for Christmas. From the minute Elizabeth met us at the door to let us in, we knew this Airbnb was special. Elizabeth showed us around the home and reviewed all the details. The home was better than the pictures, extremely organized and well stocked with extra amenities from toiletries in all the bathrooms to spices in the kitchen. Elizabeth had even supplied hot cocoa and decorated the home for Christmas. We felt at home from when we first stepped foot in the house. I highly recommend this home and Elizabeth. They deserve 6 stars!!

GREAT place for a big family gathering! My extended family of 17 (with 10 kids) gathers every year and this place was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and the pool was big and perfect entertainment for all the kids. The home was super kid friendly and made you feel at ease. We really enjoyed using the black stone and the grill. The kitchen was also in great shape. The host was responsive to a few questions we had and quick to solve any issues that came up! Seriously if you need a place to gather with a large family that’s in a nice neighborhood stay here!

We booked Anne’s house for our wedding weekend because we had family traveling in from out of Michigan and wanted to have an easy location to bring everyone together. It was also important to have a beautiful space for photos and hosting our family. Anne’s hospitality was unmatched and she made sure we had everything we needed, even providing a beautiful mirror for getting ready photos. Her house was absolutely pristine and all of our family raved about how beautiful the house was. We also had plenty of space for activities too. I’m so thankful we could book Anne’s house — it was one of the highlights that made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were four of us and we rented the entire house. Easily enough room for two people upstairs and two downstairs. You definitely accommodate more. House was clean, spacious and very quiet. We were not able to use the years due to winter conditions but I'm sure the warmer months would be great in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe just how much I loved staying in the Fenvilla! A total dream come true, a top tier oasis that is was clean, cosy, and so comfortable. This is by far my favorite airbnb I have ever stayed in throughout my ten years of doing so, even with staying in homes all across the country. There is something so beyond special about this place and how Kim has transformed it into the haven it is. The screened in porch & hot tub, the sounds of nature, the artwork and beautiful ceramics - the attention to detail here was immaculate. My friends and I were all blown away by this experience and all want to return as soon as we can. Thank you so much Kim for having us in your sanctuary, it was truly the perfect vacation and one I will never forget.

We absolutely loved our stay at The House Next Door. It is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in, and had all the amenities we could have wanted. James kept in touch from booking to checkout, making sure we were comfortable and knew what activities and entertainment were in the area. There was plenty of room for our family, comfortable furnishings, and the home was so incredibly clean! We will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area next year!

Great location and area! Easy drive into downtown Fennville and Saugatuck/Douglas which have great restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The house itself was lovely with it's spacious open concept, it was clean and well kept, had a beautiful yard and deck that is surrounded by mature pines which gives you a great sense of privacy, and Lake Michigan is just up the road! Bob was very accommodating and quick to respond when communicating. Would highly recommend staying at this location!
