Spring Valley : locations de vacances avec suite privative

These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

Heathers spot was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to San Diego. The place was clean, had all the amenities you would think you might need & the location was great. Would definitely come back!

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

This is our second stay at Roger and Kari's . The place is absolutely gorgeous. They have turned their 2 acres into a beautiful garden paradise with trails, beautiful plantings and cool things to see. Roger and Kari are very friendly and great to talk to. They are great communicators and super helpful when it comes to local suggestions. We'd love to stay with them again !

Mellisa’s place was as described and an easy drive to Point Loma, Old town and Gas lamp areas. She checked in on us to make sure that everything was ok and nothing was needed. The neighborhood was nice and parking was available in front of the house. We will be back in the fall and hope her place is available again.

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

This place was perfect for my son and I. The tub was amazing. The location was great for what we had planned for the 5 nights we stayed. The hosts were sweet and responsive when I had questions.

I truly enjoyed my time spent in this home. the hospitality and thoughtfulness that I experienced was greatly appreciated. When I return to San Diego I would be delighted to stay again.

Stayed here as a little staycation to just get some peace. I loved staying here so much I didn’t want to leave. The garden is beautiful and the hummingbirds were so fun to watch. The room was so clean and cozy that I felt right at home. Her art and the books are such a bonus. I couldn’t have been happier. The only downside was leaving .

Adorable cozy clean studio with a super comfortable bed! Private, quite walkable neighborhood. Enjoy morning coffee at a little backyard bistro table overlooking a wonderful view. Amanda is so friendly and helpful. Great stay and will not hesitate to stay again!

This was such a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring and tennis tournament matches. I looked forward to it every day! The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. We interrupted cleanup upon our arrival, but Broc was so kind and allowed us early access because of our tiring day of travel. We were so truly grateful and appreciative for their kindness and hospitality. We even had friends who live in the area over for a barbeque dinner. The kitchen was well appointed, and we especially appreciated little touches such as charging stations in both bedrooms and in the living room. Their response when inquiring about availability of things such as sugar was met with such astonishing speed… with extras we did not even ask for! I would love staying here again if we are ever in the area💝..

This is a lovely AirBNB with beautiful views in a peaceful neighborhood. Great location and we really appreciated the local recommendations. We had a really enjoyable stay with our dog at this pet friendly spot and will definitely return again!

Extremely happy with our stay at Megan’s for my birthday weekend! Great location, just off the highway making getting around extremely easy. Parking was fairly easy, the furthest we parked was one block away but the neighborhood feels safe. The space is small but honestly so spacious! Megan made great use of the space and never did we feel cramped or cluttered. Yes, you can hear planes overhead while in the unit but it was never bothersome nor did it ever wake us up. We experienced issues with the hot water but Megan was quick to respond and had someone out to fix it later that day. I would recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Marc & Alex's beautiful apartment. As other reviewers mentioned, the pictures provide a nice preview of what to expect, but as you step into the space you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything is organized and thoughtfully placed throughout the apartment, with extra items provided to make the most of your trip to San Diego. It is located in a terrific location - far enough from things to feel safe and private yet plenty of awesome restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. There is plenty of street parking available, and the neighbors were very friendly / welcoming whenever we met them on our morning walks. Marc & Alex were amazing to communicate with throughout our experience. They offered many great recommendations for local places of interest / restaurants. They also worked with us on our checkout time so we could participate in a morning hike / Airbnb experience (checkout Granger Nature - Torrey Pines for amazing morning hike). Thank you M&A!

Very close to everything you need. Really secluded & peaceful area. Perfect for a short or long stay. The views from the patio were amazing. Comfortable furniture and bed. Evan was a great host I would definitely stay again. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs footsteps are a little noisy sometimes but nothing too bad.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in La Jolla! The house was very clean, with refreshing paint colors and tasteful decorations that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the ocean, which was perfect for morning strolls and catching the sunset. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

I stayed here while on a work trip. I wanted to stay in a place that was quiet, easy to access, and had a kitchen and laundry amenities. This place met every expectation. Very nice and clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice, helpful, and communicated quickly if I had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hosts! Great location. Near the zoo and balboa park, 2 blocks over is university street with lots of restaurants and night life. Very calm and beautiful place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Giovanna’s place! It was private, spotless, and perfectly located for all our travels around San Diego. The space was comfortable and worked perfectly for my wife’s service dog, Remi. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Karen is very hospitable. Karen's house is a piece of art. It's well decorated and full of little surprises. The guest house is attached to the main house. While it’s a separate and private space, you might occasionally hear footsteps from the main house.

The stay was awesome! Perfect location and Thomas was a great host. Only thing we would say needs improvement is the TV being outdated and not having more platforms and the WiFi being slow at times. Other than that, it is a great place. Thanks!
