The place was beautiful! The pool was clean and refreshing. The space was tidy and big enough for my Bachelorette group. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not usable. There might have been a leak. Each time it was refilled, the water quickly went back door. Other than that, the place was great!

I always stay at The Signature when I’m in Vegas. The location is perfect, and having access to the MGM Pool Complex is definitely a perk. Overall, Joe’s unit was awesome, and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Here’s some of the pros and cons, compared to other units I’ve been in. PRO The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I went shopping before I got to the unit, and definitely bought stuff I didn’t need. Lots of towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. We had 3 people in the room and it was super comfy. It’s very much accessible, if you have mobility needs and/or need extra support in the shower. The less than awesome stuff: There’s no door to the master bathroom. (Toilet is in a separate room.) Fine if you don’t mind being seen in the shower, not ideal when with friends. The showers were a little smaller than the other units I’ve been in. The jacuzzi tub was a standard 1 person tub, not the oversized ones I’m used to. But overall AWESOME place. Def recommend!

We have stayed at many Air Bnb’s over the years. Always the same type of places - warm weather destinations, 3+bedroom houses with a pool. Out of all of them, this one had the best pool area. If you’re planning on spending time in/around the pool, this is the place. Also, we’ve never stayed anywhere where the host was as proactive as Michael. Tons of thoughtful little touches that really add up. He has thought of pretty much everything and seems very passionate about providing the absolute best experience possible. Top notch host. Top notch property. Would recommend. Thanks, Michael.

Justin is a great host. The place was great for our family. E location was very quiet and close to everything. The drive to the strip was clear and not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pedro’s guest suite was perfect for my trip, my favorite was the shower!!! Everything was extremely clean and looked better in person! Pedro was very active with communication and checked in daily🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 highly recommend to stay don’t hesitate! Another plus was it was Close to strip and easy parking.

Melanie is an excellent host! The place was beautifully decorated and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The backyard has lots of cozy places to sit and relax in the shade or sunshine, and the pool is sparkling clean with a picturesque waterfall and palm trees surrounding. I would 100% recommend staying here on your next visit to Vegas!

She was super sweet and very nice to talk too. Responded quickly and just a nice place to stay. I would recommend this to others since it’s not too far from the strip but close enough that you’re not driving forever to get there. Easy to access, easy to park, and I’m happy I choice to stay with her

I rented this home for several employees traveling from out of town. All employees felt safe, at home and stated it was one of the best places they have stayed (which is saying a lot) I look forward to booking the home again in the future
