We enjoyed J's place. Everything was clean and 15-20min away from the strip and other major Las Vegas attractions. This is a great stay for a good price.

Valeriy was very responsive to questions. Home was just as described. Loved the pool table and arcade game. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home was very clean. Great experience.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

Fantastic space! Will be back. Perfect for our group of 5, huge spaces for everyone to spread out. 2 coffee maker options -both a drip and keurig! Beautiful neighborhood super close to the Arts District (5 min ride or 1.2 mile walk) with fab restaurants. Terry was super proactive & responsive on check in process. and the space was very clean comfortable and we wish we were there longer to use the pool or fooseball table. So much space you won't regret booking for your group. It felt like home. Thank you Terry!!

William is an amazing host and we are glad we are able to stay here again. The home is well located to everything in Vegas and is a great starting point for any adventures outside of Vegas as well. William has the place well organized and pool area is private with plenty of sun as well as areas to escape the sun. The garage is super handy for loading and unloading groceries etc and the kitchen is well stocked with all appropriate cookware and gas range to prepare your meals. Highly recommend.

Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay! Neat and clean. Very nice! The location matched the photos in the listing. The location is convenient to everything. Fairly priced. Perfect size for one or two people . The hosts are great. I will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Vegas again.

I go to Las Vegas almost every year and this was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. Tommy provided everything needed for a pleasant stay and was very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

Our first airbnb experience was with Matthew and it was about as perfect as one could hope. Apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located for us to explore the natural sights of the area, get groceries, and eat out. Can't recommend Matthew highly enough!

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

I stayed 3 weeks at Yu Mei's apartment and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was easy to find and was exactly like the photos. It was super clean and had all the amenities to make you feel like you were at your own home. Communication with Yu Mei was excellent, and she always responded quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I am looking forward to staying again in the future.

LeAnn and Derek were incredibly welcoming and accommodating hosts, making sure my family felt right at home from the moment they arrived. Their home was not only spotless but also absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. It was exactly as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a wonderful experience staying at Xiao's place! She was incredibly amicable and kind, always quick to respond to my messages and checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable. Xiao is truly one of the best hosts I've encountered; she genuinely cares about her guests and their satisfaction. The home itself was clean and easy to find. It’s conveniently located just minutes away from Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and a variety of charming restaurants. Plus, all the major stores are nearby. I highly recommend staying here!
