Eileen was a Great host and very responsive if we needed anything. Also very helpful in recommending local Fav’s . Location ideal as very close to dwntwn BNTNVLL //. Loved the cycling friendly amenities ( Bike wash station, tools. Cleaning supplies etc) . Cyclist minded, but anyone would enjoy space and close proximity to town. This is a great home in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s a short walk to the square where there are lots of restaurants, shops and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at Emily’s place! It was close to all the trails, and exactly what was pictured. Very clean and Emily is super on top of everything! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place! Everything was just as shown in the photos and the putting green was fun to have. Very peaceful neighborhood. If you are looking for a great place to unwind and relax don’t pass up on this place.

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

It’s was a nice place to stay, it was a bit too cozy for two people with a small pet for my opinion. Overall there’s a lot of places to walk around to explore and eat nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Steven's place! The property was super easy to find, and we appreciated the clear instructions for check-in. It’s located in a great spot—close to downtown Bentonville, making it easy to explore all the fun places in the area. The neighborhood is clean, pretty, and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Steven was also really easy to communicate with, always prompt and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Bentonville!

Our stay was great, as a matter of fact we are staying there next time in Fayetteville. Very clean, beds were comfortable, I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the town

This was a great home not a long walk from Dickson bars is was vary clean and everything I thought it was going to be for sure will keep this place in my book in case I wanna go back

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.

You won't have to go far to stock the fridge as there's a liquor store directly beneath, and this was a great landing pad for enjoying the entertainment on Dickson St.

Fantastic location! Comfortable and welcoming. The directions to locate and access the property were super helpful. Other comments regarding the outside noise are correct but the walkable location is worth it!

This is one of the most comfortable and well done air bnbs I have stayed in. From the incredible view and balcony to the cozy bed which the linens were freshly cleaned and the towels even they were lovely. incredible and now days I don't always feel that way always, thus exceeded all expectations.
