Springfield : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This was my second time staying at Christopher’s. Some friends and I met for a girls weekend and we were all very pleased with the place. If you’re bringing more than one vehicle be sure to not park too close to the neighbors yard or they will complain. Other than that, we had no issues and would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our visit to friends in Springfield. Plenty of space for the three of us and we loved the decor. We had a slight problem when we arrived and Bill came right over to take care it. We appreciated Bill and Jen's recommendations of restaurants and shops. Everything for our stay worked out great in their cozy home.

The location of this airbnb is ideal, offering a quiet and safe environment. Inside, the property looks new, with modern furnishings. The overall ambiance is cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect place to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

This house is so nice and the farm is so wonderful. It is undersold in the description. There is enough space to do any outdoor activities you would like to and the peace and quiet is great. I only live 20 mins away but it feels like a whole different place and the owners house that is on the same property is further away than any of my neighbors. We felt completely alone, besides all three friendly goats and the very friendly dog!! The kids and I loved them and they were very welcomed. Would love to come back and are definitely planning on it. My youngest daughter didn't want to leave. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Beautiful home with lots to do for my grown children and their children. We had 8 adults and 8 children. The weather was kinda cool, so we just took advantage of relaxing in the house and bonding as a family. The kids enjoyed the video game room and ping pong and pool table and other games in the garage. The hot tub was definitely a plus. Thanks for letting us use this wonderful home. The house was comfortable, beautiful, and with a well-equipped cooking. We were grateful for the available puzzles and proximity to the Hy-Vee grocery store! Adam was very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place. Truly one of the most thoughtful airbnbs I’ve stayed at. They thought of everything. Def loved the newly remodeled kitchen.

Kim was a fantastic host—very proactive and communicative, which made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. The place is perfect for one or two people—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both cooking and relaxing. The TV had plenty of options, the furnace kept us warm during chilly nights, and the hot water worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a really restful stay. Access was simple and check-in was seamless. Overall, an excellent value for the price. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield. Thanks so much, Kim!

This was a great place to stay. Exactly as advertised. Quiet and secluded. Bill was great and very responsive. When we ran out of propane he offered to come right by and replace it. We did it ourselves and he reimbursed us for the cost. Always responded quickly. Only regret is that we weren't here in the summer when everything was green. Plan to come back.
