Good and economic place to stay in an area with few lodgings available.

Agreat place to stay. We visit SIU and it is in walking distance. The room are exactly as in the picture. The beds are clean and comfortable. 3x Roku Tv. Very good wifi6. Great kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend ! TD.

It’s rare an Airbnb looks like the photos but this one was even better than expected. I highly recommend this place. Despite the water issues on the first floor, which didn’t bother me at all, it was a great stay and experience. The bed was the best sleep I’ve had in a while!

Apartment was clean and uncluttered. Host was quick to respond to questions and provided extra items we asked for (like a space heater to make my 88 year old mom’s room extra warm without our needing to heat entire apt to the super warm temps my mom likes for sleeping. We were in Springfield to tour Abraham Lincoln sites and the apt is within walking distance (less than a mile) to the museum and library

This was a very comfortable place for my group. We were in town for only two nights for a family get together, and we travel a 12 hour drive one way, so it's important to us to have ease of use and comfort. Jackie was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

Great place that was clean and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay if you like peace, quiet, and nature. Amy always checked if I needed anything. Her dog is a bonus if you like dogs. Very sweet boy.

Janet has made good choices, nice dishes, good towels, comfortable sheets and furniture.

Three Pines was the perfect place to have our family stay for a local wedding. We utilized the house for a rehearsal dinner accommodating over 50 people. The place is breathtaking and has fine attention to detail. There is multiple bedrooms, with bathrooms to accommodate as well. Aubrey was such a wonderful communicator leading up to and during the stay!

Matthew is one of the best and most responsive hosts! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This house is extremely clean and has a massive kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, which makes it easy to live in for a week or more. 5 stars!

I’m convinced this is my version of heaven. This house has so much soul. I had never heard the term ‘Jungalow’ before my stay, but I’m obsessed with it now! It was so refreshing to see a house that challenges the beige standard that so many us fall victim to. Even though there are many vibrant colors, Michelle did a tremendous job at maintaining a sense of cohesiveness, which was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Alongside with what someone could deem an unfinished basement, Michelle found a way to give it so much life — The sauna is amazing! There are so many small, yet mighty, touches that are consideration to each guest. From batteries to bandaids, refreshments to small snacks — It was such a treat! Even though I had a minor problem with the door code at arrival, Michelle answered in a matter of minutes and quickly resolved the issue. I cannot recommend this BNB enough! Such a beautiful neighborhood, a gorgeous house, and an amazing host. Mark my words, Michelle, I’ll be back!

Lovely farm cottage with a fun mix of antique and modern! It had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable get away. The grounds are beautiful even on a bleak winter day. We definitely plan to return!

Kim was a fantastic host—very proactive and communicative, which made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. The place is perfect for one or two people—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both cooking and relaxing. The TV had plenty of options, the furnace kept us warm during chilly nights, and the hot water worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a really restful stay. Access was simple and check-in was seamless. Overall, an excellent value for the price. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield. Thanks so much, Kim!
