Our second stay because it’s such a great place. The house is fantastic, has a lot of nice upgrades and Shannon is always responsive!

Our family had a great stay and we would happily return next time we visit Springfield. The house was private and peaceful and had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy.

We stayed here after a night out celebrating my birthday with a few of our friends and everything was great. Plenty of room for our group. The hot tub was really nice to come home to and the beds were comfy as well. Only complaint I have is the floors were very slick if you were even the slightest bit wet coming in from the hot tub or getting out of the shower. I think that's just the kind of flooring in general but one of our friends did slip and fall getting out of the shower. all in all it was a great one night trip with a small group of friends, close to the bar we went out to and the restaurant we ended up eating at. we would stay again!

It was so refreshing to be able to stay at Cindy’s. This place was exactly what we needed when we started to get tired of driving on our roadtrip. Cozy, clean, comfortable!! Cindy, thank you for your mindfulness and attention to details. This place was clean and inviting. We will be back next time we come through Springfield. Thank you!!!

The stay was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and we felt at home. The record player had our joys dancing in the living room, for a great family memory. Would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for the two of us. Clean and comfortable, it was peacefully tucked away from the busyness of the city. Monty and Tiffany gave excellent and easy to understand directions making check in flexible and convenient. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed the comforts of home after our daily activities.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Our stay was incredible today the least. I flew in from CA to visit family and felt right at home. The place was extremely clean, well furnished and fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’ve been to many places and Ashley’s was by far the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable. Ashley was proactive in communication, and was very responsive when needed. I highly recommend Ashley and her place!

Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

I always love staying here! This is my first time in the one bedroom and it was absolutely perfect!! The place is always gorgeous and clean! Everything you need and I always feel right at home! The hosts are amazing, kind, and quick to respond. Will always stay here when in Springfield!

Always a great place to stay!

We rented Richard's place for our visiting daughter and her partner for the Holidays - and it turned out perfect. Walkable to our home, plus they walked Phelps Grove park and around the Art Museum. Plus, Richard was super responsive and even granted an early check-in for us!
