Very peaceful and quaint loft in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This stood out mostly for how affordable it was, but we grew to really love the living space as well. It was furnished very nicely and matched the pictures perfectly. Amy was super nice and helpful, and responded very quickly to our messages. We were able to check in completely on our own using a keypad on the loft's door. The whole place is tucked away in their backyard, but I still feel like there was a lot of privacy so no worries about that. Overall a great airbnb in a great location. I'd definitely go here again.

The place is a neat venue. Right around the corner to a very good restaurant. Movie theater. Safe parking garage.

The 311 loft was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our weekend away and loved shopping at the local shops and eating at the local restaurants. The loft is highly recommended and on our list for another stay in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay at Christine’s loft. Christine is very friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. The loft was very spacious and is only a 10 minute drive from Mercy Hospital. There’s many restaurants within walking distance and the Farmer’s Market is right next door. The in-unit washer & dryer was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler looking for long term stay!!

Such a beautiful place! We had my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover with friends & they absolutely loved every moment! Such a beautiful hidden gem in spfld! Highly recommend!

Lindsey is AMAZING and so are her units, I had such a wonderful stay! The units are stunning, I’ve already told all my friends, I look forward to booking my next stay. Short and sweet stay, Melinda was responsive and very thorough and the space was beautiful!

This was a wonderful little get away. Very comfortable, WiFi and some Roku’s you can log into for streaming. The hot tub was lovely and the location was rural and very isolated (in a good way). The GPS definitely goes to the wrong house, so you just have to check the house number. The host responded very quickly to questions, and even set up a simple and cute anniversary greeting. Very pleased with our stay for a little get away. Would definitely book again (and it’s also great if you’re just passing through town).

Super unique, cute loft in the Commercial street district with amazing restaurants to walk to. The bed is the selling point though! My daughter asked to take it home. The mattress is extremely comfortable, sheets crazy soft, and pillows perfect medium of being soft & firm.

We loved our stay at the loft! We typically stay once a year downtown and have done the local hotel. This was far better and way more reasonable especially for how much room and how nice it is. We will definitely be back! Road noise is expected-it’s DOWNTOWN! It was not too bad for us and we brought a sound machine but didn’t use it. Slept perfectly! Bed was comfy and shower was awesome! Love the little reading nook and the musical decor. Walkable to local coffee shops, nice restaurants, local night clubs, and an awesome sandwich shop literally next door!
