6 week stay not a single complaint or problem. Was great as well for people in wheel chairs looking for minimal steps and easy access. Close to all medical facilities cox mercy etc also very close to Walgreens and the amazing Hurts donuts is 2 min away!

Centrally located in Ash Grove, MO. The accommodations were simple but very comfortable. We have a couple of older family members who live in Ash Grove and we invited them to dinner along with other family who live in the area. We had seating for 6 to 8 guests for dinner plus comfortable seating in the living room. As a family who likes to cook together, we were very pleased that there is a good-sized grocery store within a very short walk and the kitchen was very well-equipped. The only item we would have liked would be a pitcher for serving iced tea, although it could be there is one but we didn't find it. We were also very glad that a Chinese restaurant recently opened next door. We had a very pleasant stay there and hope to stay there again!

Justin is very attentive and concerned with how your stay is going at his house. The place is located close to grocery stores, restaurants, and convenience stores. The house is very neat and clean. The furniture and bedding is comfortable. You really couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend staying here if you are in the area.

I would have never known this home was right behind one of the main hospitals with an incredibly busy ER! The area is beautiful! It was mostly quiet, the house has some odd noises but they all do until you get used to them! We didn’t hear hardly anything from the hospital traffic. The back yard is beautiful & fenced in. My dogs enjoyed taking with the dog next door so I’m sure the neighbors lived that. It would have been a wonderful yard for my toddler grandson to play in except it rained heavily and the back yard flooded. The porch is covered and allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the rain or be inside and feel right at home. Personally I did not like the master bed. To me, the mattress felt incredibly hard & it was too small for the bedframe so I would catch my leg on it in the dark. The bedframe makes a lot of noise if you are one that has a hard time getting comfortable, which I do but moreso here. Overall it’s an amazingly beautiful home with a great host! We will stay again!

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay in Ozark! From the moment we arrived, the cozy vibes and peaceful atmosphere had us feeling right at home. The neighborhood was so quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The big yard was a huge bonus, especially for our pup who had plenty of space to run around! The location is ideal—safe, calm, and so close to everything. We were just a short walk or drive away from delicious local restaurants and charming family-owned shops. Grocery stores and shopping centers are nearby, making it super convenient for anything we needed. Plus, the cottage is only 1 block from Ozark City Hall, and the police and fire stations are just 2 blocks away, which made us feel extra secure. If you're looking for a serene retreat with easy access to everything Ozark has to offer, this is the spot. Highly recommend it!

Very nice, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient area with great location, close to restaurants and stores. 10 minutes to Springfield. Use of garage was helpful.

Beautifully decorated, spotless, huge fenced back yard, and great host! Had everything we needed!

House just as described. Great location away from the hustle and bustle, but within minutes of just about everything you want and need. Great amenities. Will look for Dametra's house when we come back through again!

She was an amazing host, meet us late at night to show us where to go and we had an amazing peaceful time at the camping spot we choose.

Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

We were in town for an event at Wilson Logistics and we wanted to stay together as a family. The house is in a more rural surrounding and perfect for us. This house felt like coming home....to the 90's. I mean that in the best way possible. We were so comfortable and our family time was so much more because the space was so great. Thank you again for the incredible hospitality!

The place is amazing. It is huge, and beautiful. It has a lot to do for the family. It is peaceful and very clean. The owners responded as soon as I sent them a question or a comment and the were very caring and sweet. I would highly recommend staying here.

Denise's place was unique: had a nice workout room, plenty of sleeping space, lots of details and complete kitchen. The rooms were comfortable, the house was big, the outdoors was spacious: we used the outdoor fitpit, and chairs and tables. The pool looks amazing, but we were too early for that. Any questions or issues we had were quickly resolved by Denise and Andrew.

We had a wonderful stay in Ozark. This is a beautiful new home with all the amenities. It was easy to find and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this home over staying in a hotel. Andrew is quick to respond and made entry easy and simple. Five Stars!

Such a great weekend getaway! Nice, clean living spaces and furniture. Beautiful kitchen for cooking and the fire pit area would be perfect for hanging out in the evenings, our plans didn’t end up allowing for us to spend time out there or we definitely would have! Dana was quick to respond and answer any questions we had, even brought us some card games to play with the family we were visiting! Very pet friendly environment as well for our two dogs. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

We were only there for 1 night, but it was adorable. Very unique and felt like home. Absolutely loved the plants and the bees!

Kristin was very accommodating with early check in and late check out since we were traveling with an infant. The floors were SPOTLESS! My white socks stayed white! The house was modernly updated and very serene and peaceful. Will happily book again.

Perfect space for us! It was nice place to be able bring our pup along as well as have garage to protect vehicle from weather. Very clean & well supplied. Ashley communicated very well & was great host checking to make sure we were satisfied.

We were thankful for a quiet, conveniently located place to stay for our busy week. Johnny and Robyn were very responsive when we had questions or needs. My basketballers were a little taller than the downstairs beams, but we expected a small space and it wasn't a big deal, the upstairs was much more open. everything was charmingly decorated and clean.

Very peaceful stay! This Airbnb had zero downsides and was better than expected. The only thing I will say is that since the place does have a lot of plants there are ants that come with it especially this time of year so if that's something you arent okay with maybe it isn't for you. I however found the plants really comforting so I didn't mind the ants. The host was very responsive and I had zero issues.

My wife and I wanted a quiet peaceful home to stay in away from the outside world, this house was perfect for that, the walk out master bedroom to the deck was amazing for morning coffee, listening to the wildlife around the property, we also enjoyed being within riding distance to the Chadwick OHV area not having to drive to the trail head and unload made it that much better! We will definitely be back to enjoy this solitude
