Brianna’s place was perfect for our need to be close to Vanderbilt hospital for a family member’s surgery. We were really only there at night, but the place was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this location. We arrived late and host was responsive and called us for assistance we needed. Home was clean and aesthetically pleasing. 10/10. I would book again.

Lovely stay that matched the property listing description. Parking was very easy the the location good to explore the city. Some noise from the train nearby but the accommodations themselves were good. A little trek to get things up and down the stairs, but check-in was easy, great clean bathroom with good water pressure, and kitchen facilities made for a nice stay. Wish the check-out time was a little later in the morning but 10am was okay.

Great place to stay and Nick was responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near broadway.

This weekend rental was all we could ask for- it was walkable distance to grocery store, easy uber ride to broadway, & spacious for a group of 10! We had a wonderful weekend.

We had ana amazing stay. Everything was how it was described and Steven & Carlos were more than accommodating. They had everything we needed, and we felt their personal touch from the moment we walked in. 10/10 would recommend

Ginger was quick to respond to any questions. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog. He really enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. We were also able to have some family visit us. Close to Murfreesboro and Nashville.

The home is huge, well equipped and in a great location in East Nashville.

Very clean home and decorated very nicely. We had one small issue come up and the host was extremely kind and handled it right away without question, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s apparent he cares for his customers and that was appreciated. Great communication, good location and easy to find. Furnishings were very nice. Would recommend.

Evans and Judy’s place is a must if you ever find yourself in Clarksville TN! It was exactly as described. After a 16+ hour travel day, we found ourselves extremely tired. I reached out to them to see if an early check in would be at all possible. Our host understood and did not hesitate at all! Allowed us to check in well before check in time as a courtesy and we appreciated that so much! Check in was a breeze, house is immaculate with such a comfy and cozy feel. We felt right at home! They also had little snacks for us, and even games for the children! The few times I messaged them, the hosts response was always prompt and the communication was amazing. They even checked on us from time to time! Overall, we are so pleased with our stay and would stay many times again! Thank you again, Evans and Judy!

Beautifully decorated apartment in a good location. Easily took Lyft to broadway. Linda is a wonderful and accommodating host. Couldn’t ask for any better. Why pay almost double at hotels when you can have this beautiful apartment with a separate bedroom and full kitchen.

David was the perfect host for me! No excessive communication, the video links tell you everything you need to know, however I did have to text a question and he replied quickly. The location is great, it’s a good walk to Broadway but we did it. If you are going to do the bar scene, the walk back felt safe enough for 2 single women. If you like Mexican style food, go to Pie Town Tacos.

Kim was a very good host! Great communication, great view of the city. Walkable distance to broadway. The place was clean, and I would 100% book with Kim again!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, the location was perfect—just a short walk to Broadway—and there was a cute coffee shop right across the street. The host was super friendly and responsive, answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, easy walk to Broadway and a few great bars even closer

This was a fantastic property - 2 BR and 2 BA with a great set up for us. The location cannot be beat and having the parking was awesome. It is on a main corner, so you can hear the traffic at some points, but it is truly nothing that bothered us at all. The kitchen was well furnished and the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was clean - I would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Great stay at nice comfortable condo. Bekah was very responsive and offered great suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. The location was great - easy walk or Uber to everywhere we wanted to go including Broadway, Germantown, etc. Plenty of free parking at the condo which is definitely a premium in downtown Nashville! I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.
