This place was everything we expected and more - thank you to Pear properties for making everything worth it. My group stayed here for over a month and they had an amazing experience. Yes, it was a while and not everything was perfect, for example, we didn’t know how to use the alarm system well or a few of the hitech equipment. But , Brooke and her team were always on top of it. Further to that, thank you so much to the team for ensuring the parking was cleared, even though it was freezing and snowing, they were there bright and early to clear it; amazing! There are not enough adjectives to describe the elegance, style, and convenience of this home. It was truly luxurious as stated and the comfort level for our group of 9 was more than required. Amazing home, great neighbourhood, worth every penny. Thanks again to Pear for Theo hospitality!!!!!!

Our family gathering at Arash's Airbnb was great. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful home, the space was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The layout was perfect for our large group—plenty of room for everyone to spread out yet cozy enough for us to spend quality time together. The outdoor covered area was a huge bonus, and the movie theatre room was a huge hit. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, responding quickly to any questions and providing great recommendations for local food options. They also left us a thoughtful handwritten card and welcome gift. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway that is still close to home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our gathering.

Second time staying at Jatinder’s place and it was great as always! My family had a great time spending Christmas Eve here and enjoyed the amenities in the suite, especially the pool table! Jatinder was responsive and very accommodating. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This was the perfect space for our family visit. The interior of the house was very clean and modern design. Nice quiet neighbourhood just like we hoped for. They even came and shoveled the pathways for us while we were gone, as it snowed quite a bit during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is perfect for a place to stay for a concert next door for sure! Also, the townhome was beautiful! Everything was brand new looking and felt extremely comfortable! The primary bedroom bed, which is the only one I required, was so comfortable! Perfect!!! The yard has a completely fenced in area where my dogs were able to run around and play which was located right off the back porch. So I just had to open the open and let them out. This is an older neighborhood but there are a few new townhomes. This is one of them. There is a garage to use to secure your vehicle, if you don’t have a roof rack attached. Edmonton is a big city and has normal big city problems. I was a little concerned but it was unfounded. After 10pm on Friday night, everything quieted down and we were able to get a good rest and felt comfortable. I will stay here again and I recommend this place for large groups, families, dog owners and travelers just passing through or anyone needing a longer term stay.

This was an amazing experience. This home is extremely beautiful very clean the beds were extremely comfy the whole house was amazing. This was a perfect space away from home to call home. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again in the future

I stayed here with my teammates as we were in town for a tournament, and Carlos & Sara's place was the perfect stay for us. The hosts were very communicative and friendly and the home was exceptionally clean and had a well-stocked kitchen for the number of people we had. All the basics (and more) were thought of and provided so we never had to ask for a thing or run to the store to stock up on anything that was missed. There were even board games and activities at the house for us to use during our down time. I would definitely recommend this place for any large group in Sherwood Park!

Had a getaway to the house for family day weekend. House is an older home but very large! It works perfect for our families as large rooms, large kitchen and large dining areas. We have lots of young kids and there is lots of room for them to run and play. The space is great and I think if you aren’t looking for a fancy updated house you would enjoy the space.

Jim's' place is absolutely the BEST of the best. It's stunning, clean and absolutely dreamy. Jim provides the greatest service- from quick communications to very thorough instructions- he has made the stay even better. The home is gorgeous, and we hope to visit many, many more times. Between the house and the host, this is a 100 out of 10!

I'm thrilled that I decided to host my girls cottage weekend at this Air BNB. The cottage itself was massive and accommodated our common area / bed / bathroom space needs for our group. The screened in patio was our favourite amenity but also enjoyed the ample parking, multiple sun decks, fire pits and private lawn/beach. Bryan was communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Booked for a girls get away weekend. (7) The house had ample places for everyone in our group to feel comfortable. House was as described with everything you need for an easy get away. Deck area is very large and a second living area for relaxing. Host was very responsive to any questions. Places we went: Mama's restaurant has HUGE portions. The Beachside Grind is a great coffee shop with plenty of tables to look out at the water.

Such a great place to stay for a group. Lots of room and a great space! Lake front view was fantastic. Has all the supplies to make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for your next stay! 4 beds were doubles, but still accommodated us all comfortably! Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was an incredible stay!
