This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Relaxing. Great get away for a couple nights. Quiet with a great view.

Comfortable condo. Location convenient to Bank of NH, which was the reason for our trip to the area. The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable to sit in, so we didn't really use it. If you have mobility issues, avoid booking a reservation at any of the condos in this complex. There are steep stairs down to the entrance, and then you have to go up the stairs into the condo. It wasn't a big deal for us. Otherwise, we would likely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

the place was even better than the photos show. everything looked brand new. the bathroom was great with heated floors and nice shower. stocked with nice towels. w/d. kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. nice open space with plenty of room to be comfortable. nice TV with app access. garage for one and outside for another. Angela was very communicative and helpful. cost was reasonable compared to area and looked better than others. highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at Ryan’s!! The house was so quaint and peaceful. The yard was great for our family. House was super clean and had everything we needed. From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

Helder was an amazing Airbnb host! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The huge TVs were a major plus, and the high-quality cooking supplies made it feel just like home. I highly recommend this place for a great stay! Looking forward to booking here again.

The whole building was very clean. The apartment was comfortable for four people. Shops and restaurants were just across the parking lot. The view off the deck was lovely!

We booked Gregory’s condo on the same day that we arrived! He gave us the instructions for check in right away and it was smooth sailings. Kids enjoyed the pool and the 10 min shuttle to Loon mountain was easy! Great stay.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a 5 week stay - in depth of snowy cold winter with extra family for shorter periods. Space was just right for us plus 2 grandchildren and their parents. Both sleeping and living space sufficient. Do note the spiral and steep stairs down to lower floor as potential hazard for old or young. It's very much a family "lived in" apartment with lots of "other" stuff rather than pristine rental property, but more comfortable for that. Jaclene not local while we were here, but super responsive with any issues. Cleaner and building manager also accessible via her. Very convenient for pool / spas and skating pond! Heated outside pool / spa in snow was much enjoyed by all! Steam room good, sauna not so much! Easy parking just outside. great snow clearance from site maintenance staff. Simple drive to North Conway for almost anything. Jackson Falls, Diana's Bath, Cathedral ledge and many others were fantastic in deep frozen snow. Easy travel West NH302 and Kancamagus highway for scenery.

I stayed one night at Erics’ AirBnb with my girlfriend. It was amazing. Everything was very clean and it was exactly what the photos showed. The jacuzzi and views were definitely a highlight. It was 10 minutes away from Downtown North Conway which was really nice as well. Eric was very helpful and friendly, He responded to questions and comments very efficiently and was very caring. We had an amazing stay, I would 100% stay here again in the future. I highly recommend. Thank you!
