Amazing place with spot on hosting . We had a very relaxing and comfomfortable stay on the last two days of our trip. The property is beautiful and the host was excellent in taking care of us with her timely response and great advice. All amenities were thoughtfully placed and available with an excellent kitchen. the house was spotlessly clean and well arranged. The propertly is also very conveniently located almost midway between the airport and Colombo city. We were lucky this property was availabe and would recommend as a must stay when visiting Colombo.

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.

My best Airbnb experience Firstly, I arrived from the airport just after midnight but the host very kindly organised a representative to meet me at entrance to help with my check in. It was quick and easy. After I get to my room, I just simply went wow! the views are breath taking and the apartment is so much bigger than I pictured from the listing. Everything was beyond my expectations. They had even fully stocked the fridge and pantry with groceries for me even milk, eggs and tea. Aromatic candles in the bathrooom were a lovely touch. Next day I went to the pool and gym to be simply amazed by the beautiful views of Colombo city scape overlooking the Lotus Tower. Lastly special mention to her husband for taking time to meet me at check out to store my luggage at their other apartment until my next reservation. The best airbnb listing and hosts I have had the pleasure of meeting.. highly recommended. I will be back and thank you for making my stay special ☺️🙏🏽

Wonderful Stay in a Peaceful Villa We had a fantastic stay at this villa, located in a quiet town outside Colombo. Our host, Sam, was welcoming and easy to reach. The house manager, Dinesh, and his wife live on-site, and they truly made our stay special. Dinesh provided great tips, drove us around, and was incredibly kind and humble. His wife spoiled our kids with delicious traditional Sri Lankan lunch, which they absolutely loved. The villa is divided into multiple rentals, so the pool and outdoor areas are shared. The nearest town, Mattegoda, has supermarkets and local restaurants. The area sees few tourists, but the locals are warm and welcoming—we really enjoyed getting away from the crowds. Food is very affordable, and curry, rice, and noodle dishes are great choices. English is not widely spoken, but we managed. Colombo is about an hour away by tuk-tuk, with an easy bus option too. A wonderful stay—perfect for those wanting authentic Sri Lanka in a peaceful setting!
