Pepper villa is surrounded by a beautiful forest environment and river with wildlife all around. Some insects do find their way inside, we watched dazzling displays by fireflies on some evenings. Dimuthu was an amazing host and showed us around the farm pointing out the different plants and where the best swimming spots were. His parents live in the farmhouse nearby and were very kind and helped us get milk and Kurds from a local farm. There are a couple of small local shops with basic supplies and it's a short bus ride to the nearest town with more shops, cafes and ATMs. We found pepper villa a great place just to relax and well placed for longer excursions by bus, tuk tuk or train.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is convenient, and the garden is beautiful. Spending a week with the animals was truly memorable. The owner was kind and always thoughtful. I would love to stay here again.

We are happy that we could spend a few days in such a beautiful, peaceful, green place away from the crowd. The garden is large, clean and full of birds. The house is very clean and pleasant. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. You can also eat a great, original meal here. We recommend this place

This is a great Airbnb for easy access to Weligama and Ahangama. The place is in its own private garden facing a green locals cricket pitch and a big temple. Every afternoon we saw Peacocks in the garden which was a nice welcome surprise. The space is modern, super clean and has everything you need. We were a family of 3 and found it to be ideal for what we needed. If we are ever in the area again we’d stay without a doubt!

An eclectic Villa in the midst of nature and tranquil surroundings. The Villa spotless clean with great individual furniture in all rooms. Great verndah to sit and soak in the surroundings. Nice pool with loads of privacy. Asanka the caretaker is very responsive and discreet and keeps the place ticking . Kanthi rustles up some amazing cuisine whether for breakfast , lunch or dinner … short distance to the beach and restaurants etc … Highlight was the in house dog Patsy .. in all a perfect getaway !! Well done Olivia for making it a home away from home…

It was an awesome stay at samantha house,always respinsive on call and helped us to solve our problem coming out of his way by talking to the responsible person and finding Solution for it though he was in Australia and travelling too and his relative priyantha in srilanka helped us in handing over keys and taking keys at accurate time without any hassle and delay.. we really njoied our stay of 15 days

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

The location was perfect with the most lovely view. The space itself was cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. This apartment was beautiful. We had a very nice week at this apartment. It was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend it.

This place is a nice homestay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and our landlord was a very nice lady. We had a very good breakfast in her dining room and this is an experience that you will not get at a normal hotel. appartement très propre et bien équipé... à l'étage d'une famille vivant en dessous très gentils et discrets et présents si besoin... une climatisation unique dans la chambre qui est payante et n'est pas signalée comme telle. très proche du grand traffic de la ville et de la mer, mais suffisamment en retrait pour dormir correctement !!

Loved our stay here! The little cabin is so cute and the grounds are really nice and chill with some dogs around. Easy little walk to the beach, takes around 10 mins. Staff are friendly and helpful and cooked us delicious food one night at their onsite restaurant. Can get a little hot with no AC but 2 fans are provided. Plenty of space for parking.

this place was in very quiet area but still close to all the things you want - shops, restaurants or the beach. hospitality on the next level, big knowledge and very helpful personel. really recommend!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt mitten in den Teeplantagen 🌿✨ Unsere Zeit in der Tea Cabin in Ella war einfach wunderschön! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in den Teeplantagen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Grüne – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der stilvollen Einrichtung, der tollen Terrasse und dem traumhaften Pool. Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber selbst im Regen war es ein Erlebnis! Wir haben es uns in der gemütlichen Badewanne mit Blick nach draußen gutgehen lassen und am Morgen sogar einen Pfau auf einer Palme beobachtet – einfach magisch! Wer nach Ruhe, Natur und einer einzigartigen Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen besonderen Ort nur weiterempfehlen.
