Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

Lahiru and his family were amazing hosts and so kind to us! They moved over our bags from their other property (shady cottage) while we were away for the day and even came to help us when we ran out of gas on our bike. They were so friendly and we felt right at home. It’s a beautiful peaceful location that is still close to ahanagama and kabalana beach which has lots of restaurants, surfing, bars. You can rent a bike so you can get around easily. Thank you for everything you did for our stay! :)

Am booked in for one week, only a five min walk to the beach. It’s ideally located and has a great open space garden area. You don’t hear any traffic only the sounds of mother nature. The room is spacious and the en suite bathroom has a nice shower. A kettle and basic crockery are provided. There’s ample storage space, plug sockets and space to hang your clothes. It’s very affordable and immaculately clean. The mattress is very comfortable and the ceiling fan keeps you cool throughout the night. There’s a washing machine on the property and the host is very accommodating and kind. The dogs greet you upon returning home. Chathura the host has expert knowledge of the surrounding area and is only too happy to assist you. He’s the consummate host, a well deserved five stars.

Incroyable maison encore mieux que sur les photos. Sasun s’est occupé du transfert depuis l’aéroport et nous a organisé de superbes excusions. Lui et son équipe nous ont fait nos repas pendant 10 jours, cuisine locale ou selon nos envies c’était le paradis. Incroyable équipe ❤️ Villa reculée et au calme dans la jungle, à 10 minutes en tuktuk des plus belles plages. Tout est facile avec des enfants de 6 et 9 ans nous sous sommes régalés. Upul’s beautiful property is the perfect location to unwind after a long flight. It’s close to the airport so we were sitting round the pool within a couple of hours landing. The lovely housekeeper Saja deserves a special mention as she was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Saja cooked a delicious curry for us on our first night and on our second and final night we went just next door to the newly opened Crab Cove Restaurant which is highly recommended. Upul’s communication throughout was outstanding and he always responded to my many queries before and after we travelled sometimes within seconds! The property itself is stunning backing onto a lagoon and we took a boat trip out to Monkey Island which was very enjoyable especially as we were collected and dropped off at the bottom of the garden. It was the perfect place to get over our sleepless flight - a beautiful and peaceful location to start our Sri Lankan adventure. Thank you Upul, Saja and Gaya for everything!

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten

We were so glad we booked our long stay apartment at Ravi and Rohini's place. It was a home away from home and we appreciated their kind hospitality and help throughout our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and also well located. The area is nice, safe and near the Crescat Mall and the Galle Face green- ideal for evening walks along the sea front. We couldn't have found a better 'home' in Colombo. Thank you Ravi and Rohini!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and always responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and offered breathtaking views that made our mornings even more special. Security was excellent, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The space was thoughtfully set up with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. One small thing to note is that the hot water takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it works just fine. certainly not a dealbreaker given everything else this place offers. Overall, this apartment is fantastic value for money. The combination of a friendly host, stunning views, and a comfortable, secure space made our experience truly enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Nalaka and his family are the highlight of this place. You get your privacy but you also feel completely embraced by the presence of a loving family. Nalaka is an extremely gifted cook, the kingfish he made for my dinner upon arrival was exceptional. The house is truly beautiful and the passion of hosting and taking care of guests is so genuine. It’s humbling to be here and such a privilege to be welcomed the way I was ❤️ thank you so much Nalaka and Verasheh

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

Our stay at Pramod's place with my family was fantastic! He is truly an incredible host, always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. His kindness and generosity exceeded all expectations, from assisting with our late check-in due to a delayed flight to helping us organize various trips around the area. The apartment is fantastic, always clean and located in a convenient area for any interest. I highly recommend staying with him so an unique experience !

This beautiful cottage is small, and perfect for a small family. Since Nuwera Eliya gets a bit cold at night, the cozy bed rooms and the blankets provided by Thidasala came to our rescue. His father took care of us so well, since Thidasala was not in town when we visited. We appreciate that. The view from the room of the Gregory Lake is brilliant. The wifi is good. We had a small kitchen as well. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water. This place is perfect for a small family who wants to enjoy the city, and not be in the rush. Their hospitality was amazing. 5 star from me.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and this may be my favorite. It’s serene, right in nature, yet extremely comfortable. They get me anything I need, food, water, etc. The bed is comfy, the middle glass room is my favorite, to write and meditate and stare at the eagles. The kitchen has everything you need. This place is perfect if you want an escape. If you want time to just be with yourself and loved ones. I feel really blessed to have found this space. It’s exactly what I needed for this point in my life. 5 stars across the board. I hope you get to experience the magic of this Airbnb.

We had a lovely time. We stayed at the cottage. The property is lovely and the meals are great. We enjoyed the beautiful natural pools that are very nearby, and if you are in Ella for hikes and nature, this is a great place to stay. But if you want to be near the train station and town, you may want to look somewhere there. This is in the mountains, which is what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay at Charles’s place. Location was beautiful with amazing views of lake Gregory. Super close to the Town centre. Devi the caretaker was super kind and friendly and extremely helpful. This place is ideal for longer stays. Charles gave us lot of local recommendation’s of things to visit , do and eat. We highly recommend this place.
