Luxury apartment in the heart of Colombo. The view from the 26th floor is incredible, with the city and the harbour making for a gorgeous vista, especially at sunset. Thaths was very welcoming and helpful- especially appreciated the essentials like tea and milk. The apartment itself is cozy and luxurious. It's wonderfully decorated and equipped with modern utilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. Location couldn't be better; everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay here again - will definitely be coming back!

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

It’s a great place to stay in Col 07.I really enjoyed staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to everything. This place is very well maintained…Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Needless to say Mithra’s a great person/host…reachable anytime! Indy's place is one of the best Airbnb's in Asia that I've been to.Its way huge than what we see in the pictures.Loaded with utensils and a huge fridge and an oven .Kavinda the care taker was very helpful.He gave a complimentary tuk tuk ride to Los Amigos Locos ,a mexican restaurant owned by Indy ,which is a must try place when you are in Kandy.Great ambience and wonderful hospitality by Mr.Shashe .Overall a wonderful stay and unmatched hospitality.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Thushi gefühlt. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos und war in einem tadellosen Zustand. Wir können sie jedem weiterempfehlen - sie ist perfekt für den Beginn oder das Ende einer Reise nach Sri Lanka!

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

We had a wonderful stay here! we found the home to be very clean and well taken care of. the rooftop pool was an incredible experience. The host was very friendly and showed us around and took the time to explain everything to us. We look forward to booking here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilia’s place. The house is just as described, literally right on the beach with the picturesque Indian Ocean right at the back door of the house. We were well looked after by Sasha and Praboth and had delicious meals. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house with even prettier garden! You have a place for yourself, away from the street but close enough to the supermarket (2 mins) and the beach (1,2 km). The place is calm, private, you can really enjoy your stay in peace and calm. For this amazing price I don't think we could find a better place to stay!

AMAZING- YOU MUST GO! The house is beautiful quite colonial in style, on one level with fabulous four poster beds with mesh mosquito nets (although we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes). Lovely quality bedding and fluffy white towels. Outside the tropical garden and pool are just stunning and the wildlife is spectacular! Chaminda the on site chef prepared the best food that we ate in the whole of our stay and your wish is his command. Doing the shopping preparation and even the clearing up. His attention to detail is wonderful, and all this at a very low cost! A lovely humble man! And Kosala the house Tuk Tuk driver is an absolute joy, we became instant friends and had so much fun together. Kosalas knowledge of the island is immense and he can advise on everything from shopping to sights and restaurant recommendations.We shall miss him. Gizelle is a super host and more, from the point that you book untill the time of your return. She has great knowledge and organisation skills

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook. It was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable and a quiet retreat yet conveniently located close enough to the airport, a 24/7 grocery store a short walk away and transport available freely by Pick Me app and on the main road nearby. The wonderful high ceilings added charm to the house and the huge veranda was a favourite relaxing spot for us. The full kitchen also had a water filter, which eliminated the hassle of having to buy bottled water. The hosts Merill and Inoka who live downstairs were super helpful and lovely people. Merrill helped arrange out transport from and to the airport, he even accompanied us when we needed to buy local Sims as the shop keeper didn't understand English. And Inoka helped find a driver guide for our day trip to Colombo. We really appreciated their kindness and help all through our stay. In all, a lovely place to stay and with very good and responsive hosts!

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten

If there were a way to rate beyond 5 out of 5, I would—because that’s exactly how we felt about our stay at Kanil’s family home. I’ve had the privilege of experiencing incredible hospitality in different parts of the world, but our experience here surpassed them all by a mile. If you’re visiting Kandy, you simply can’t stay anywhere else—there’s no better place! Thank you so much, Kanil and Mom, for making our first visit to Sri Lanka so special! We have to come backkkk

We stayed at Sanjayas place for four nights. The family was super kind and helped us with local advice such as restaurants and must-sees close by. They arranged transport to the house and again when we left. Their hospitality was warm and made us feel welcome. We would definitly recommend this place to others.

Booked this place for a visit back home to Sri Lanka along with two others, and was pleasantly surprised by the apartment building, and the convenient location. Asanka was very gracious in welcoming us and showing us the apartment and providing sufficient instructions for us hit the ground running. The amenities were excellent (specially the assortment of snacks he had set up which hits the spot with nostalgia filled joy for a Sri Lankan who grew up in Sri Lanka), Apartment was very clean, there was a washing machine and a drying stand, and the balcony was amazing with views of the western beach and a bit of the city skyline, two bathrooms and massive beds with clean sheets and clean towels. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and cups, pots, pans and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. We even baked some cookies in the kitchen. Loved the place overall. Chathura arranged indoor parking in the 5th floor, and the building is close proximity to everything you need!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Pubudu is a gem of a person. Although our stay at his home was only 3 nights, he was helpful for our entire holiday in Sri Lanka. He even provided extremely reasonable prices road travel.options within Sri Lanka. As regards his home, it is a great options for those looking for a peaceful and serene location. His home is exactly as listed and in fact has more than what is listed. Pubudu has taken care of everything one could possibly require on their travels. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook for themselves. The building complex also has a nice swiming pool which can be used. The apartment is a home away from home.

Heshan’s apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. Those views are oh so amazing. It was everything we could ask for! Thank you Heshan :)
