We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Basharat’s place. The flat (2 BHK) was exactly as described—clean, cozy, equipped with everything. Rooms were stocked with heaters and bed were comfortable with electrical blankets. We didn't feel cold in room. Two bathrooms equipped with water heaters. Kitchen didn't had induction/gas stove, but we didn't needed. There was an electric kettle. Bablu (helper) was polite, always there to make snacks/tea anytime. We had breakfast only everyday which was good. Mr Basharat was an outstanding host. He was friendly, very helpful. He made sure that we had the best experience and memories in Kashmir, also ensured we feel like home there. He and his wife recommend kashmiri foods and shops which we tasted and enjoyed. Location was peaceful. 10 km from airport, 1 km to some restaurants and small shop and park nearby. I'd recommend staying at this place and would definitely return if I’m ever in the area. Aamir sir is a great host and very welcoming. We stayed at My Kashmir Home on our way back from an exhausting 7 day trek. Aamir sir and his team took great care in helping us recover and refresh. If you are looking for a quiet and luxurious stay and experience the best in Kashmiri hospitality, go for this one. P.S. - If you’re a group, request for the Kashmiri wazwan experience. The in-house chef will blow your mind.

The property was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from heaters to heated bedsheets, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable throughout the chilly weather.The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The host was incredibly welcoming, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The caretaker was equally exceptional, always attentive and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. A special highlight of our trip was the surprise Christmas cake organized by the host;a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we will never forget. From the cozy ambiance to the exceptional service, every little detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Srinagar and look forward to returning someday.

Walisons homestay is a delight to stay. Exactly as seen in the photos. Very well maintained. The staff are very courteous and always helpful. The property Manager Mr Mushtaq is absolutely fantastic. Ever willing to help, no matter what the time. And so are all the staff members. Very smooth, no hassles check in, check out process. Rooms were very well appointed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which also came with 2 bathrooms - so very convenient for the morning rush! Geysers are large size - so no shortage of hot water. All the rooms have a/c cum heater. Kitched had all the appliances like fridge, washing machine, microwave and all of them were well maintained and made the stay comfortable. The WiFi works great. TV has Netflix. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back for sure. Highly recommended 👌

We stayed here for 3 Night on 1st to 4th Feb 25. Very well maintained property with Drawaing cum dining room, 2 1/2 bedrooms comfortable for 5 people with heater, electric mattress, 2 toilets with storage geyser, kitchen with gas stove, microwave, water filter, fridge all utensils, garden in front. All rooms have rechargable bulbs. Free WiFi available. Care taker Mr. Yasir is very helpful. I prefer to stay here again if I have to visit Shrinagar again.
