Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija a été une hôte particulièrement disponible et de très bons conseils pour visiter au mieux la ville avec ses alentours. L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et situé à 15min à pieds de la vieille ville, 10 min en voiture des premières plages. Des places de parking disponibles et le quartier très paisible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

Dorde est une personne agréable qui nous a très bien reçu. Logement impeccable et bien situé pour un séjour sans véhicule. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

We really loved our stay at this property. The house is on a secluded cove about 15 minutes walking from Bobovisca NM. Iva, the owner's daughter, advised us to rent an AWD vehicle in order to navigate the steep rocky road to the house. Unfortunately our Supetar car rental agency only had a smaller vehicle than promised. We managed to get the car down to the house following the owner but it was stressful. (Higher clearance car is suggested at the very least.)The house was magnificent once we arrived. The views are astounding. The house is very well made with quality appliances, a 5 star kitchen. and good AC. We loved swimming in the cove and the infinity pool. The kayaks and waterside patio were nice bonuses. The owners were very helpful showing us how to operate everything. We eventually decided to move our car to the nearby town and leave it there for the rest of our stay to avoid the rocky road. You can walk to town along the water and there are 2 great restaurants and a small shop.

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

We shared this space with 2 families (9 people in total). We were in town for a wedding. The space was great, big enough for everyone, and also we used it to dress and do hair and makeup for the wedding party. Antonia was very accessible and easy to work with, and accomodating.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten. Sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt und der Gastgeber super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.
