Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Arif’s place was spacious and highly tailored to accommodate our large family who came from out of town for my wedding. It’s minutes away from Forest Valley Hall as well as many shops and a couple of shopping malls, too. As for the house, we especially loved the kitchen which seemed purpose built for large gatherings and masak-masak sessions. This was a great choice and we recommend this to other large families as well!

An exceptional host! Incredibly kind and understanding, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I recently organized a wedding proposal at their place, and it was a complete success-thanks in large part to the host's speedy communication and willingness to accommodate our needs. Easy access from Bangsar station, just one station away from KL-Sentral. The place was great! Clean and tidy. Huge place as well for a family of 5. I would recommend this place to all my friends. The host is also very accommodating. Gave me updates and suggestions to local places of interests. Easy to communicate. 10 out of 10 rating!

Alvin’s place was really good and I had a comfortable stay there. He was really responsive and helpful whenever I needed to communicate with him. The Roku/TV device wasn’t working at first that he changed right away. Definitely worth staying at this spot!

the accommodation is located in on the shopping mall. So I could go market to buy fruits and drinks. there is very nearby Desa Park city, went for a walk with my family. it was good accommodation for holidays.
