Lovely little place to stay. Comfortable beds and well equipped. Chris was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Tim and Tracey’s lodge over the past week. This is the second time we have booked the lodge and enjoyed this visit as much as the first. We would definitely look to come back for a third time in the future.

This property was absolutely stunning. We were delighted as soon as we checked in. High end kitchen appliances. Quality modern furniture. The outside space was incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bed linen extremely high quality. I would highly recommend this property. It’s better than the photos and we are now planning to book it again. This is a luxury property but well worth the price. Lots of space and easily accommodated our party of 8. Can’t fault one thing

The house was very homely and really big and there was plenty of space to accommodate our family and we all had our own space. The house was in a great location- close to lots of beaches and walking distance to the local pub. James was very responsive and super helpful. Very good place to stay with a family.

We had a fantastic stay. Elga was a super host, very friendly and great communication. The facilities/amenities exceeded expectation. The welcome pack, pint of milk and condiments etc were lovely added touches. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the place over New Year's period. It is very quite place. The house is amazing and very clean. In great location to go sightseeing. We managed to use the pool which very clean. Highly recommend the place.

Robyn was always very quick to respond and answer questions. The house is a typical old Cornish stone cottage, basic but clean and tidy. It is a minute walk to the harbour and all of the restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby. It is located in a traffic free and very quiet area and at the front of the house is a little sheltered sun trap with a table and two chairs, which was a very welcome respite from the near gale out on the beach.

This was our second stay at Boulders and we are grateful to Charlotte and family for allowing us to stay at their wonderful holiday home. As per our last visit everything from start to finish was 100% perfect. We hope to stay again! Thank you

Lovely place, well situated and with beautiful beaches within walking discounts. Everything was super clean, tidy and comfortable

This is a lovely place to stay. It has the luxury of a downstairs shower room and an upstairs bathroom. We loved the location it’s peaceful but only a few minutes walk to the village shop and the sea. We did some walking on the Southwest Coastpath and made use of the local bus service (bus stop opposite). The host Stephen is very helpful.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

Location was perfect! Easy access to Carbis Bay and a short walk into St Ives. The view was amazing. Lori was fabulous to deal with. Very responsive and flexible.

Very comfortable attractive accommodation. An interesting area. Walking to the beach is good at low tide, as is the walk to Charlestown. Well located to visit places of interest, and the local restaurants and beaches are well described in the information pack. We had a lovely stay - very comfortable beds and good facilities.

Really lovely few days stay. Garden was beautiful with lots of activity from rabbits, squirrels, birds, even a hawk! And definitely signs of badgers too. Lovely house, plenty of space to spread out and some nice walks into the village and to the beach. Valerie extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions.

Michelle is a fantastic host. She was helpful and came to say hello. She worked so hard in making the space child friendly and put in extra beds without being asked to, to keep everyone in their own space. She made cakes. There were games and picnic dishes and utensils. Everything anyone would need with children. Michelle is absolutely amazing. We went in the Winter, but that garden would be such a great place in the Summer. You honestly cannot go wrong staying here. It is beautiful. We loved it. Child friendly (we had 6yr and 3yrs). Parking.. such a premium in St Ives. Thank you Michelle.. it was a very relaxing, warm environment.

Mike and Helens home was the perfect homely base for our family Christmas. The house was decorated and with two log burners was very cosy and festive. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the whole family every night. The location is perfect for visiting places on the North and south coast and there is plenty of parking in the drive for 5 cars. The house is in a very quiet area, which was lovely and the airfield nearby is good for dog walks.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

We loved our stay! Beautiful and homely, with lovely outdoor spaces. Rooms were all comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Simon and Saraya were friendly, gave helpful instructions and were really responsive. Would definitely recommend!
