Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place! The house is located right by the beach, and the master bedroom has a stunning view of the sunrise—it’s definitely the highlight of my mornings. The atmosphere inside the house is warm and welcoming, with family photos on the walls that really add a personal touch. I also loved the mattress; it was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet at night, making it the perfect place to relax. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway!

This a beautiful, spacious, arty apartment in a perfect location. We stayed for three nights with our two grown up children and loved every minute. We were only a short walk or Uber ride from plenty of local bars, shops and attractions and yet the street was so peaceful at night.We slept really well! Rachel is a wonderful host, quick to respond,leaving plenty of helpful notes, a choice of duvets for every weather and some thoughtful supplies in the fridge. We will be back!

I had such a lovely time, from arrival up until I left. The flat was so cozy and clean and I felt right at home. Will definitely use this place again when I return. Perfect distance from the town and I found my way around very quickly.

Had a great stay at Smeaton's View. This may have been the 6th time staying in the flat! As always it was extremely clean and tidy. It is in such a convenient location to enjoy Perth and surrounding countryside. Jamie is a treasure and always very helpful and responsive. We'll be back!

The house looked stunning with Christmas themed treats for the kids and grown ups and the tree was gorgeous. It was wonderful to arrive to our Christmas holiday in such a well maintained, beautifully decorated warm and spotless house. The kitchen was very well equipped and loo cleaner, counter cleaner and various other basics were included which was great because the car was so full I didn’t have space for my self catering essentials bag that I usually have to travel with. If the area works for you I would highly recommend this house. A great play ground was a short walk from the house and Anne put out some lovely bits and pieces to keep the kids entertained; books, games and toys.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was a great location near New Town and easy walking distance to Old Town and the Edinburgh Castle. The space was clean and perfect for our group of four. Would highly recommend this place to everyone❤️

Richard's place is far nicer than the photos. It was clean, beds were comfy. It's on a quiet modern estate, very safe. One room has an ensuite and the other two share a bathroom. It's not huge but it was perfectly fine for four of us. Richard was very helpful and kind. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded really quickly to any queries. The kitchen was quite well equipped. My only issue was there was only one shelf in the oven, making it tricky to cook a roast for 4 of us. And also there was only room for 4 to sit in the living room. Another easy chair or sofa would have made it much more relaxed. Overall, though, everything was great!

Lorna's place was fantastic! They greeted us at the door and had a lovely chat, extremely helpful. They even left us some home made cake that my mother was in love with and we tried Lorna's homemade jams that we adored. The place was spotless and it had everything we needed. My parents are seniors and the location was ideal so we could go places very easily and when they were tired it was easy to return. My parents were extremely impressed with the place and the kindness of our hosts! We loved it and we would absolutely come back!

We had a great time staying at Jamie's place on a family trip to Edinburgh, it was very easy to get into the city centre either via bus or walking. The flat was clean, and had lots of features which helped us have a smooth stay, the oven, microwave and Quooker tap were all really easy to use and had all the features you could possibly need! I would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere to host them when they visit the city.

We all thoroughly enjoyed being in the house. It is spacious and extremely well equipped. Perfect location for the golf, shops, restaurants etc. Everything worked well and communication was excellent. Thoroughly recommend and we would all return in a heartbeat.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Only needed accommodation for one night; late back from a gathering in Dundee & what a location to unwind. Beautifully presented & really appreciate the communication from the hosts

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

We had an amazing break at 12 Golf Place, the absolute best location ever! Great apartment, very well kitted out. Really comfortable beds and good showers. The flat was cosy and welcoming. Alastair was an absolute dream to deal with. I would have no hesitation in returning and in recommending the accomodation.

Excellent communication prior to the stay followed by an easy check in etc. The property is as described and in a fantastic location with much to see, do, eat and drink all right outside the front door. Would 100% return and also recommend

Lovely flat! Clean and very well equipped for us 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely and warm, Garage parking much appreciated And of course wonderfully situated for exploring Edinburgh! Hopefully we will return!

Very nice apartment in a nice location of the city. There were three of us - a far better option than staying in a hotel! The living room and kitchen area was great to hang out
