Great place to stay solo with all the amenities I needed. Loved that the beach was just a few steps away! Convenient stores nearby as well as restaurants to eat like KFC(the hype is real), craft market, Miss T's Kitchen, and excursions. My only complaint is that the music being played by the pool during the day/evening can get really loud.

Loved this place. It was perfect. Close to all amenities but still quiet and peaceful. The ambiance was great especially by the pool. Great view of the beach. The only complaint was that we didn't get a chance to go to the beach because we were so busy enjoying the view from the cute balcony. Me and my family will definitely be back. Tania

Christian was a great host and very responsive! The location is ideal for folks who want to explore the town on foot and you have great easy access to the beach. Also very easy to drive into and out of with accessible parking. Food available on site as well. Spacious enough for four - great value for money!

Two high tumbs up for Donovan and his place. Donovan was quick to reply and when a minor issue arose, he jumped right on getting it fixed. Super friendly and professional. Place was close to amenities and spotless. Sandra, the housekeeper, was great also. Would definitely stay there again. High praise. You won't regret staying there.

I’ve stayed on this property before and just like the first time, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. The apartment was as described. We had trouble with the tv in the living room, but we didn’t make it a big deal. The microwave wasn’t cleaned before we arrived and the dish sponge/dish rack was very old and needs to be replaced for a more sanitary clean during reach stay. The living room ceiling fan was inoperable, but maintenance came and replaced it in a timely manner. Other than that, the views were breathtaking and the place was very comfortable. The A/C works so well and the hospitality workers were extremely pleasant the whole time I was there. Overall, I’d stay at Christian’s place again.

The room is a room in a hotel. Possibly one of the better rooms as it has an ocean view from the top. We had 2 beds and everything we needed. Hot water was a bit temperamental (we had none one day at about 4pm) so had to shower later on af 11pm. View was fantastic and there was a free continental breakfast. Its also very convenient to look around town. I would stay here again

Service war super, und das Appartement war sehr gut und man hat sich sehr Wohlgefühlt. der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es wurde immer alles schnell erledigt. Die Anlage hatte einen schönen Pool und die Bar mit Marie der Bartenderin war ein Erlebnis , es hat Spaß gemacht jeden Abend an die Bar zugehen

We truly enjoyed our day, felt very comfortable, and at home the view from the balcony is amazing. The access to the beach was truly convenient the option of being in the pool to the flexibility the people who work at the front desk were helpful the café owners café Blu I believe it’s name, always hospitable food and drinks were available. Really nice bonding environment.

I would like to start by thanking Marine and Patrina for responding and confirming my stay promply same day. Especially after another airbnb reservation i had made at another hotel called turtle towers a week earlier turned out sour when i arrived could not reach host. so i started looking what other hotels where available on easter weekend and Patrinas place was available. Especially after commuting for 3hrs to ocho rios from negril in taxi. Patrina called me on her personal phone and assured my safety and confirmed my stay and that was gratifying especially cause i was traveling with family 7yr old daughter. Patrina welcomed my family with open arms and even walked us to find a restaurant open on easter holiday through james street. Everyone seemed to know my host throughout our walk and greeted her and made us feel more at ease with area. James street was a street party of its own party buses everywhere and music every where u walked, street food carts, jerk chicken,patties,corn was also great ,near motters chicken and burgers and local ice cream shop was great, supermarket a block away made it convinient to stock up on necesities and red stripe beer at a better price than liquor store. Just minutes away from margarittaville and mystic mountain where u can zip line and bobsled. Patrina gave us the option to have an ocean front room with balcony which made it feel like a vacation, pool was clean and my daughter meet some friends. Friendly place to stay i recommend. They have 2 pool tables and bar also and bar tender was polite as well. My daughter made friends with Patrinas daughter and they even had and easter egg hunt at lounge that made my daughters vacation even more memorable. Thank you all for your hospitality and i recomend Marine and Patrinas best hosts ive meet so far. There hotel is a great place to stay in Ocho Rios i highly recomend this place it was great.

I stayed at this beach resort with my fiancée and it really was everything that was advertised and more. Rory made booking very fast and straightforward and she answers your messages promptly. On the day of check in, we received a call to remind us of our reservation and to see if we needed anything additional which I think was a really nice touch. The check-in process upon arrival was extremely easy and the receptionist was very attentive and gave information without you even having to query. I requested an oceanfront room and Rory ensured that we got what we asked for. They also have a few free watersports that you can do while there which is a very nice touch. This place is worth every dollar that you’ll spend. We can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks!!!!

Of all the place I’ve stayed with Airbnb, this is by far the best! This place stood out due to the natural scenery. If u want a place that is secluded and away from all the exhaustion of the town, this is the place to be. Peaceful and relaxing! Not to mention the host is everything! He is very accommodating, very responsive and very welcoming! The property had its own coconut trees! We had so much coconut water to drink! Once we are staying in St. Ann, this is where we’ll be staying! Thanks for the experience John.

I had a great stay at Damien’s place—excellent value for the price! It’s conveniently located near Pompano Police Station, yet tucked away in the back for a peaceful retreat. The cleanliness stood out, and the staff, including security, were friendly and helpful. My room was well-kept and had all the essentials—AC, hot water, a fridge with water and juice, a microwave, a desk, tea, toiletries, and plenty of TV channels. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included. I also appreciate how they’ve repurposed the space, originally intended as a medical facility—Damien’s ingenuity really shows. It was perfect for my short trip, but I’d consider a longer stay since they offer units with small kitchens. While it’s not a 5-star resort, it’s a fantastic, affordable stay with great service. I’d definitely stay again!
