Home exceeded our expectations. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, restaurants and stores.

Overall excellent value. Location was very close to all destinations, within a 10 minute drive from most attractions. Backyard and porch were very peaceful, front yard with open space and basketball was a great time. Would definitely book again if staying in the area.

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Ashley's home was the perfect home for a peaceful beach weekend getaway. The location was perfect- close to everything you could need yet the area was calm and relaxing. The home itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. Ashley thought of everything as far as amenities go. We hope to return on our next St. Augustine visit. Ryan’s place on the river was absolutely beautiful! The views were peaceful and relaxing, and the space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back!

We love Low Tide and look forward to our beach trip every year! It's the absolute best pet friendly place to stay, my dogs always have the best time going for walks on the beach and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. Inside is cozy and comfortable too. The best part is being only steps away from the beach, and many great food options also within walking distance. My favorites are Burrito Works, Beachcomber, and Cone Heads for ice cream (and pup cups!) Low Tide has just about everything you could possibly need, and Laurie is always making improvements to her beautiful place. We're always sad when it's time to leave!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach, as recommended by the host. It’s only 15 minutes to the historic center of St. Augustine and just a 3-minute walk to Dixie Supermarket, which was super convenient. We especially loved the outdoor shower option—very handy after the beach. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

This was our first time using Airbnb and these hosts made it a wonderful first time. Very friendly, loved the dog and cat that visited us, and house was very comfortable. We would definitely book with them again!

The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for us. We love that it’s a few minutes walk to the beach as well as a few great spots to eat. The area is quiet even though it’s close to A1A. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

This space was a perfect hidden gem! The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and the location was great (if you’re okay with walking 10-15 min to the historic district). The kitty and dog on property was the cherry on top! Would stay 100x again.

Place was very neat and clean Owners on the property. Friendly accommodating and quick to respond to any need The property is very very tropical/ fairyland. You definitely feel like you are in the middle of a jungle. Which made it a very unique experience

We participated in an event at Dunns Creek State Park, which was under 1.5 miles from the cabin. Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our large group. The cabin had everything we needed from kitchen essentials, to games for the down time to the fire pit outside.

The property wS beautiful inside and out. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed and even came out to greet us when we checked in late at night. Place was super clean and well kept and we had no issues whatsoever.

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.
