Beautiful home near the beach. Decor was beautiful and comfortable. Lots of room to hang out with family or friends!

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

This rental was exceptional, as was Lucas, our host. The house is absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and is conveniently located close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and is fully stocked with ample dinnerware and cookware. Our grandchildren enjoyed the toys and the large backyard, where we spent a significant amount of time playing cornhole toss. Numerous extra touches made us feel comfortable and at home. Lucasz was an excellent host, and we will definitely stay again!

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

This home was perfect for our little getaway to beautiful St. Augustine. The house was clean, had everything it stated in the listing, and is walkable to a lot of great local food. Being one block away from the beach was the main attraction for picking this for our stay and it did not disappoint. Thanks Stan!

Gorgeous apartment! Very spacious place and located in a quiet area. Had no trouble with loud noises. The bed was sooo comfy! Same with the couch. Boogie boards and a beach chair is included which I thought was awesome. Getting into the place was a little tricky because the numbers weren’t visible on the keypads - they were like rubbed off completely so you have to count the buttons to make sure you put in the right numbers. We eventually figured it out, but i see this being hard for someone older. Pet hair was on the comforter of one bedroom, and our feet were pitch black the following day after being barefoot in the apartment, and we only stayed for one night. It could use mopping. Besides those things, it was really nice and I would definitely stay again. Kayla was quick to respond whenever I reached out to her. 10 minute uber to bar hopping! Such a fun time :))

Delightful airbnb! It is exactly as it is in the pictures and Stephanie has added so many thoughtful touches like a basket full of goodies! The location is on a busy street but was convenient to all the wedding events we came for and it was very quiet at night. Highly recommend.

This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place Uptown, walkable and near some great shops. It is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The cafe next door is good, plus other restaurants nearby (thinking of Raintree!). Don't miss the store below the apartment. Way fun! This place can be a challenge to find by car, but Valerie's directions are spot on. Free parking in the back, well lit. Don't miss the secret walkway in the back that provides a shortcut to San Marco on foot! I would recommend this apartment to my friends! Enjoy!

Wonderful stay! The home is exactly as described but with some extras that made the stay even better. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach and to the many restaurants around. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

We enjoyed are stay. It was quiet and peaceful. The condo looked just like the pictures and was super clean. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing location for being close to downtown BUT without paying the price of staying in the heart of downtown. Only about a 7-20 min walk to the heart of downtown depending on where you wanted to go. Street parking directly in front of the building was taken up quickly but the small assigned parking spots located directly behind the home were convenient and perfect size for my compact car. The space was clean, comfortable bedding, amazing ac unit after a hot day walking around. We imagined we would use the bikes but never needed to because the walk was so short. Would definitely rebook, especially for the price. 10/10!

Great place near downtown. A couple of great restaurants walking distance away.

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

Butch's beach and ocean facing condo was a great way to soak in the sun on the St. Augustine coast for a few days! The condo had everything a small family would need for a visit, including a Graco pack&play that was perfect for our daughter. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by to pick up anything you may have forgotten to bring along. The condo is a short walk over the sand dunes to a very relaxing beach, and we enjoyed relaxing to the sounds of the ocean waves in our room to our morning coffee and evening drink. Overall the location was great, the unit is in a well maintained complex guarded 24x7 and just south of the main activities in St. Augustine Beach, but still a short drive to some great restaurants, shopping and the attractions in historic St. Augustine. Communication with Butch was fantastic, and he provided all the details needed to make the check in process seamless. Great unit and great host, hope to be back again!

WOW! The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing! The photos of the view do not do it justice, and the sounds of the crashing waves were so relaxing! We usually go out to dinner every night when we travel, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from that ocean view, so we BBQ'd on the deck and sipped wine. One lucky day, we were treated to dolphins swimming past the condo. It's an easy 15-minute drive to St. Augustine - well worth the trip!

Great place, one of the farther apartments from the beach access but still easily walkable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool when the beach was too cold.

Doug and Lori’s place was perfect! Clean, quaint and had everything you needed! Check in was so simple and the communication was amazing! Great location, close to restaurants, coffee shops and everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to St. Augustine

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.

This is a great place. Great value. Clean, spacious, great pools, and great beach access. Pool is heated to 90 degrees and beach is only a 5 min walk. Beach wagon available with all chairs and umbrellas in a storage unit right next to the front door. Elevator access for anyone that needs it.
