We were in awe when we entered the home. It was bright, beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious and cozy. I would certainly stay here many more times. ☺️

James’s home is large, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean (I must admit the $175 cleaning fee seemed exorbitant, but it would have been more reasonable, had we stayed for longer, as opposed to the one night that did stay. The house does seem geared toward groups with children, but my group of 4 adults had a blast with the many many fun games provided. It was absolutely a wonderful experience and I wish I could stayed longer. Driving into the neighborhood it looks a bit shady, but the home itself is on a dead end with no other homes very close at all, so we did feel safe and there were plenty of security cameras outside and a fence to give us peace of mind, as well. I love the location, as far as proximity to the beautiful Spanish colonial district, and wonderful places to eat along the way and in the district itself. We went for a concert at St Augustine Amphitheater and it took about 10 minutes to get there by car.

Stay was good. Overall 5 star. Only thing to know about this place is, these are 2 separate houses next to each other. You can access it from a door in fencing in the backyard. Hot tubs are separate too. so for group of large people it might be good for some but problem for some. Wantes to call that out. Place is very well maintained and Shaifu was really good in communication and responses.

Perfect Ladies weekend!! Great location, walkable streets, super convenient, cozy house. Awesome place to stay. We had a blast!!

We enjoyed our stay! Plan on coming back to St Augustine and will definitely look into this house again! Good fence in the front and back for dogs. Lots of room. Beds are comfy as well as a nice added bonus! Would recommend! Parking pass is a huge help when visiting the historic district. Nice quiet neighborhood and felt like home.

Pros: (there are lots) Wonderful accommodations for children! Roland goes above and beyond with all the wonderful baby & kids things available for use at the home. (Crib, bassinet, bouncers, toys, amazing children’s room). Lots of safety features including built in room sound monitors and extra locks to outdoor spaces. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious, plenty of room for families. Beds are comfortable. Pool/hot tub outside area were perfect & thats where we spent most of our time! Cons: Could use a deep cleaning. & if you’re freaked out from bugs may not be a good fit. Overall we loved our stay at Roland’s & my daughter was obsessed with the house beds! My son loved the hot tub 😎

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved this place - our favorite AirBnb stay to date. Comfortable, well-appointed, homey and clean. Couches and beds were very comfy. Loved hanging out on the front porch and sun porch. Lovely landscaping in the front yard provided a nice barrier with the street and created a nice little alcove feeling on the porch/front patio. Walking distance to just about everything. Close to the Bridge and historic district (only about 2 blocks to the Bridge); it was great to retreat to the house away from the busi-ness of the downtown area. Landra was very responsive and helpful when needed. Definitely hope to stay again. Highly recommend!!

Valerie's place is a hidden gem in historic St. Augustine. It was quiet and so close to the historic downtown; we easily walked to the shops and the fort several times during our stay. The space itself was cute and comfortable. We would definitely stay at Valerie's place again when we return to St. Augustine!

The Golf Resort is a beautiful, serene and peaceful place to stay. The apartment was very cute, clean and cozy! The heated pool and jacuzzi were awesome! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

Very nice place. Perfect location not too far from downtown. Love the porch used it a lot. Great little neighborhood nice houses all around. Would gladly stay again!

Great location, Was able to walk to the downtown area and explore without ever needing a car

Found the condo to be more than we expected. Was very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location could not have been any better.
