Dianna was great as a host and her place was absolutely spotless and well appointed. If you are looking for new, clean, quiet, safe, and a peaceful stay, then this is THE place. I will most certainly book again.

The Tree House is located in great proximity to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe, everything was clean, and no roaches! 🎉 (These are my top three things that make me feel comfortable😁). El is a wonderful hostess who does a great job of anticipating your needs.

This is the 2nd time using Michelle as a host. She really keeps the place impeccably clean and adds nice touches so that you are very comfortable. If you are in st Augustine I highly recommend booking this air bnb. It’s perfect for a couple and the house to the front is great for gatherings.

We had such a great time here! The house is lovely with a fantastic front yard facing the beach. Christina was very accommodating & went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & enjoying our vacation. Hope to come back here again!

David and Patricia were amazing hosts. My girlfriend and I loved the house. It was peaceful, quiet and tucked away, yet had quick and easy access to the beach. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Can’t emphasize the hospitality of Pat and Dave enough.

Perfect location- so close to the beach. Beds were so comfortable. Great shower. High quality linens and towels. They provided everything- great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic, coffee, coffee filters, hair dryer, even a flat iron. - all fully stocked, no dinky hotel sized bottles. Even left us some fresh fruit. Fresh flowers and living plants throughout. Strong WiFi. Direct TV Washer and dryer. Beach supplies. You could truly come here with just your clothes and be set. Grocery store less than a mile down the road. Bakery around the corner with great coffee- Debra Jeans. Great BBQ across the street at Captains. Plenty of other options too. What stand out most is the attention to detail - they made it easy to be a traveler there. Very impressed and we have stayed at many Airbnb’s.

What a cute little apartment! I needed a place for my son and I to spend a weekend in St Augustine for the holiday events. The place was conveniently located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive! The dogs were super friendly and I loved seeing them in the mornings. I will say that the rooster was not my friend haha, but other than that, all was great and we had a pleasant stay.

Eliane was a great host! She was responsive to messages and even checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Her place was tidy and quiet, just as she promised!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It had everything we could’ve needed. The setting was so serene and private and the location was perfect for our needs (biking distance to amphitheater). The neighborhood was so beautiful, quiet, and safe. The room decor was so nice and the bathroom was pristine. I wish we lived here lol. Would certainly stay again!

We loved it here! It was super easy to find and the check-in instructions were very clear. The cottage was adorable and just what we needed for our little getaway. Whitney was wonderful and super helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

It truly is a home away from home! Sara’s home had just about every thing you could think of down to a hair dryer lol Sara gave us a wonderful list of things to do & places to eat. Her home was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. I will surely return ❤️

What a gem only 365 steps from the beach and walking distance from the Kukkaburra coffee shop and local restaurants with authentic food and superb margaritas. The pool well be great to use in summer.

This location is perfect for a small family of 4 (like us 😊). The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was perfect to make a good meal and hang out on the porch. The house is just 5 houses down from the beach entrance. We got in super late due to travel delays and the drive was was full because the upper level of the house was rented too but we just parked on the side of the road in front of the house until morning. The area is beautiful. Nice local restaurants. Definitely would come back for a longer stay.

Our stay was wonderful. I stayed with a dear college friend; and we loved the two-room set up, ability to cook, chill, and eat on the deck; and WONDERFULLY walkable and close, beautiful beach (also close to bars, restaurants and Publix). We made use of the groovy beach bikes and appreciated all the beach towels and ability to wash things. Our hosts were super helpful- above and beyond, really, accomodating our late check-out due to my flight time--- and we caught some great conversations on the deck with them. The place is a comfortable, peaceful haven and we certainly hope to be back...and so does my friend's dog; who LOVED the deck equally while trying to befriend all the cute little lizards.

Loved it! Dima is such a warm and hospitable host. She made me feel right at home. The cottage is wonderful. It is located on a quiet, peaceful property. I really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked it for three months but due to some health issues, I had to cut my visit short. Dima was so kind and worked with me throughout the entire process. I loved Pat and her bnb. She is the warmest, friendliest, most fun, most thoughtful, most helpful, and most interesting host I have stayed with. Her space is impeccable, well designed and very comfortable. The screened in porch is wonderful and access to the beach is a pleasure. The beach itself is extraordinary for its length, flatness-which is perfect for long walks- and quality of sand. Unlike most bnb's I have encountered, Pat provided helpful basics like milk, half n half, olive oil, spices, condiments and a frozen pizza for those who arrive starving. I cannot recommend Pat and her space enough. I can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Lori’s Tupelo Studio was the perfect weekend get away! She really thought of everything. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchenette had everything, the bathroom was clean. Quiet and cute neighborhood and the bikes were a huge plus!! Highly recommend!
