The house was beautiful. It was very spacious and made my stay wonderful. The neighborhood was nice. I’d love to book with Alex again.

If you like privacy and outdoor / water activities this is the place for you. The property is very private and large and the house is big as well. The bed is super comfy and I had such an amazing and relaxing time sitting on the porch. Only downsides are it can be too windy occasionally to sit and eat outside and birds might use your car for target practice if you know what I mean but that comes with staying on the water. Overall very worth it and I would stay here again and I recommend it HIGHLY

Dawn was the absolute best! I used this property for my mom's 70th birthday sleepover and brunch. Flexible check-in and out and very accomidating to last minute changed. The shower was AMAZING with 6 wall jets! They provide Ralph Lauren towels, which is what I use at home - all my towels at home are Ralph Lauren. Great quality. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. All of my guest absolutely loved both sides of the house, noone wanted to leave. I'd recommend Dawn's place to anyone.

This house was absolutely beautiful and right in the lake which was amazing! Huge living space which and great fishing dock. The house is on stilts so it shakes a little which took a bit of getting use to but 10/10 would go again.

Charles home was great!!!! It was very clean and had lots of space to accommodate us comfortably. The instructions were very clear to get in and out and a pretty safe and quiet neighborhood too. I would definitely stay here again!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I Booked last minute for my birthday trip and it was everything the Stay was nice… Rhonda place was very clean the location was close to everything and everywhere you’d wanna visit while in New Orleans I will definitely be back

My family felt right at home, looks just like the pictures, clean, and great local restaurants! Communication with the owner was 10 out of 10, extremely friendly! Highly recommend!!

She was a great host and always was responsive. We were barely in the home but it was a good stay with no issues.

It was just as described and matched the pictures. All the amenities matched. If you like to cook she has seasonings just for that. Also a few refreshers that was very welcoming. The location was perfect. Not far from Popeye's and El Patron restaurants. Walmart Supercenter with the gas station was 3 mins away. Your only 14 mins from Canal and Bourbon street. The neighborhood felt safe and was very kid and family friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

The place was exactly what we needed. Close to fishing, quiet and clean. Ron had great communication and was quick to respond.

Very sweet hostess! She was knowledgeable about the area and local shops. Everything was clean and easy to find. The bed was VERY soft and comfortable, and the couch was loaded with comfy throw pillows. The location was perfect as it was a quick Uber ride to the center of the quarter but far enough out of the action to be peaceful.

We spent 5 nights at Richard’s and felt right at home. It was spacious and so clean! There are heaters/ AC in both areas so you always feel comfortable. The storage and closet space also made it easy to tuck away luggage. We especially loved how safe, quiet, and comfortable the neighborhood is. This is a must-stay for those new to New Orleans. :)
