Beautiful home on the river. Comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with high quality furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub to unwind at night after a full day of activity. The patio space and grill were fantastic to use on the sunny afternoon we had off from activity. The town is within walking distance and has really good local restaurants. Close to a big shopping complex.

Great family friendly location. Kids loved the game room. Clean and comfortable with a responsive host.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home! The home was comfortable, clean and stocked with amenities. Host responded quickly to one-off requests and was receptive to feedback for minor ways to improve future guest visits. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This was our first time renting an Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great home, conveniently located in the Geneva/St Charles area. The home is spacious, with upgrades throughout, beautifully decorated, comfortable and exceptionally clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an extended stay for our adult family. There is also a finished walk out basement area with a nice gathering or play area for families with small children. The host Stephanie was very responsive and considerate to our unique needs, and check in and check out instructions were simple. The house is everything as listed and described, it was a good home base for us visiting family in the Fox Valley area over the holidays. Highly recommend this house and Stephanie as a host. We would stay here again.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful and convenient Airbnb. Only 15 minutes from the NIU Convocation Center! Close to a great pizza place that will deliver to the Airbnb. Cynthia is very responsive and very flexible. We love this space!

Yes, the place was a bit on the pricier end but I was booking last minute, as I needed to find a place that would house myself, my siblings and their families as we dealt with the death of our Father and getting things together for it. Eric's house was very peaceful and he was an absolute treasure. He was quick to reply whether cell or on the app. He gave me some recommendations on places to take the kids as well. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, dishes and cooking items. There was even tea, coffee and a large assortment of seasonings - I've never seen more than salt and pepper at an airbnb. lol We were all travelling from out of state so the arrival times differed a bit and he was flexible and allowed us to check-in earlier than listed; which was amazing. I personally enjoyed the hot tub, even with the cool weather. It was one of the main things that helped me decide to book this house vs another; as I have low back issues. I would definitely stay there again if able.

Vicki is a great host. She thought of everything a guest would need. I used to live in this area so it’s going down memory lane with many memories! Close to my grandson who I am needed to babysit occasionally. Wish I never moved!

We’ve stayed at one of Mariano’s other Airbnb’s before and we really enjoyed our stay at both locations. Check in is always a breeze, and this location in particular was very private, clean, and spacious. It was also super cozy making us feel right at home. As a host, Mariano is very responsive and welcoming, and he’s never overbearing when it comes to checking in on how things are going. He gives you your space and privacy which is personally what I prefer in a host. There’s also so much to do and so many food spots to try in the area of this location. Overall, 5/5 star stay!

The place looked just like the pictures! Very clean and perfect for a few people to stay comfortably. The area was great, Target less than a 10 minute drive, lots of great restaurants just around the corner to walk to

Dave and Gigi were super helpful, they even provided us with a local guide full of their recommendations for local eateries. The space was well prepared for us they even kindly had the heat on it was very cold when we arrived in Chicago so having a warm place to rest in after travel was appreciated. If we all come back to Chicago soon this would be my first choice for a place to stay!

Beautiful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family and the hosts were helpful and hospitable. When we return to Chicago in the future we know we have a perfect place to stay!! 😊

The apartment is well appointed and in good shape. Linda was very communicative, easygoing, and helpful. The neighborhood was very chill and has coffee, food, and bars in easy walking distance. I also appreciated the ease of parking.

My husband and I stayed here over the holidays. The apartment was pretty well appointed, clean and is in a good location- centrally located for our purposes of being near family and close enough to the expressway to get to the city.

The condo is exceptional, very well furnished and very spacious. It is conveniently located in Geneva with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.. There were only four of us staying there, but I think it could sleep ten. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we could not enjoy the expansive screened-in porch which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The price was a little expensive but was reasonable for the space and accommodations, and would be a great deal for six or eight. If we can get to Geneva again we would definitely book this condo again.

I stayed here while traveling for work. It was comfortable and cozy. This is a perfect place to choose for extended stays. Great location, I would recommend.

I have stayed at one of Briana’s places numerous times. They never disappoint. She is a great host and always responsive if I ever need anything. This condo is very clean quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend.

Our stay was lovely. The unit was clean, and it had everything we needed. Instructions on how to get in were clear, and if I had any questions Briana promptly responded. If/when we visit Lombard again, we'll keep this airbnb in mind.
