Host was very helpful and responded quickly, place was very clean!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very cozy and immaculate. Both the host and co-host were very attentive and responsive to any questions I had. Everything was amazing. My fiancé and I had everything we needed for an extremely pleasant stay. I would definitely choose this property again.

just far enough from New Orleans to be reasonable and have restaurants normal priced but close enough that an easy 15 to 20 minute drive would get us into the city.

Anna is a great host! She was super responsive and checked in during our stay. The place is great! It’s in a very safe neighborhood and only a 25/30 minute drive to downtown. Her place was so clean and so cozy! Had everything we needed for our stay! I would definitely stay again at her place! Highly recommend this place for your stay at New Orleans!

Beautiful place very nice neighborhood. Comfortable location. definitely recommend this to anyone wanting quiet place to relax. Beds are comfy. sofa is relaxing me as a out of town worker I felt at home. truly 5 stars.

Alan was a great host. I have no complaints. The location is on a dead-end street, so there is minimal traffic and no surrounding noise. It is definitely for people who don't want to stay in the crowded area of the French Quarter and don't mind 20 minute ride. For me and the people i was with, we experienced other neighborhoods that made the trip more pleasant.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

The Bywater Oasis is a lovely, clean, secure reprieve from the bustling city. Everything we could need was included, and our hosts were always available to answer any questions. Thanks Rajeev and Kourtney for the wonderful stay!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.
