I rented Ade's place for my wedding weekend for my groomsmen.. By the end of the weekend no one wanted to leave. Ade's place may be the best ABBs I've ever used. 10 of 10! Will highly recommend for any reason

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

The Riverside Retreat has lots of space for big groups, and it would be a good deal if your group is indeed large. For a smaller family (4), and it being wintertime, we didn't feel like we got as much bang for our buck. That said, the surroundings are lovely, and the back porch area as well as the dock and all the water toys (kayaks, peddle boat, etc.) would be super fun in warmer, drier weather.

Communication was great , very clean property, nice quiet place on the lake to enjoy.

John was so kind!!! Super easy to communicate with. He gave us clear instructions and a list amenities we would have access to. He gave us local restaurant recommendations (we chose Back Porch Grill….very good!!!). There was a really rough storm and tornado watch while we were there and John was even kind enough to let us know that we could come sit it out in the main house if we wanted to. I thought that was sooooo kind!!! Everything was clean and there was plenty of stuff to do! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We will definitely choose John to be our host again the next time we are in Talladega!

Everything was as described and expected. Clean, thoughtfully appointed and ready for their guests. Very peaceful and relaxing to sit on the porch and look out over the valley.

Stay here for a week and this place absolutely breathtaking! Very beautiful, very peaceful and quiet! The cabin was exactly what I imagined! Very clean and has a basic necessities I needed. Overall, I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay. And Jason was an absolute amazing host! Stayed in contact with me checked up on me asked if I needed anything. It was very friendly and and helpful!

Fantastic place for our group to stay at and good views to go with it!
