The place is exactly as it looked in pictures. It was a great hangout space for children and adults. We loved the foosball and card table. We chose this unit due to its proximity to the City Museum, and that justified the cost of the unit. We were easily able to walk to and from the museum when breaks were needed. We had heard from a neighbor about drag racing on Saturday nights that proved true. It probably would not have bothered us if we had used the ear plugs, however, having small children we chose not to use them for fear of not hearing the kids. If I were young, childless and with friends, I’d give my right leg to stay at this place again. It was so very cool. The hosts gave great instructions on how to enter the unit, where to find things, how to contact them, etc. We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did.

I had a fantastic stay at John’s place in St. Louis! The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen had all the essentials for making meals at home. John was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Louis, and I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

I really enjoyed my stay. Check-in was easy and I was even able to arrange early check-in. The building felt safe and quiet. I stayed in this building a few times before but this is the first time I was able to walk the neighborhood. There are lots of really cute shops and it’s in a really nice area. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved this place. The neighborhood is lovely and in a great central location. You do have to walk up some stairs to get in but we managed just fine. We would stay here again.

The place was great! Except for the 50 stairs to the 3rd floor 🥴 The beds were quite comfortable. It was quite cozy and had all the necessities. We had a quick stay for a hockey night outing with our kids but everyone was happy!

Perfect place to stay in downtown, especially if you are planning on visiting the arch; you can walk to the arch and restaurants. There's also a movie theater within walking distance. We were there Thursday-Saturday and always had a metered spot to park available right in front of the unit. Victor was very helpful and responsive and the loft was very clean.

We loved this neighborhood and the place was spacious and clean! It's a historic home with lovely features and an updated kitchen. Check-in/check-out is a little on the late/early side so just be aware of that when booking. The keyless entry was super convenient and there was always plenty of street parking. Make sure you take time to explore the neighborhood. It's quiet and residential, but has a lot of amenties scattered throughout within walking distance so you have the best of both worlds! I walked to yoga one night, Tower Grove Park on another, and we walked to a different cafe every morning.

This was perfect for our family’s trip to St. Louis! These hosts put great touches to make you feel welcome. The place was very clean. Kitchen had nice supplies that made for easy breakfast cooking each morning. Kids enjoyed being able to play a bit in the backyard which was clean, well maintained, and surrounded by privacy fence. Nice space inside too and plenty of room for game nights while enjoying the record player. Neighborhood was easy to get to and noticed lots of activity with walkers everyday which made us feel at ease in the area. If you stay, check out Ice’s Plain & Fancy ice cream shop! It’s within walking distance and the kids loved it.

We are two couples traveling to STL for a Blues hockey game. The space was very clean and very quiet. It was walkable to the Enterprise Center for us. The gated parking was accessible through the link provided. The elevator was also accessible through the same link. The area where the lockbox/key is, is rather dark but we managed. Couch area is very cozy and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. This is described as a loft but our group did not realize it would mean you would be able to hear the other couple’s TV, talking, snoring, etc. The wall between the bedrooms is not to the ceiling. The bathrooms are completely private. Also, there is NO door to the king bedroom. We were not able to close the door to the other bedroom, it was possibly off the track so we had to leave it open. There are pics but it’s not all described. It may not be for everyone but we would stay here again.

We fell in love with the place ourselves funny enough with my friends and I obsessed with history and old houses. This was our best impression we had with the city with us not being from the state doing some sightseeing.

Demarkus was easy to contact and quick to respond. I found a clean, comfortable, and close location to the convention center for this event. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay! The place was quite charming with cozy old house vibes. Lovely balcony with chairs. Very clean. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. We walked to brunch and then walked to a nearby park. All within about a 10-15 minute walk. The area is super cute and beautiful! Sarah was an awesome host. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and helped us with whatever we needed during our stay. We are hoping to visit the area again and stay here again! 😁

I was in town visiting family and the location was convenient for my family. There were several restaurants within walking distances and a grocery store and drugstore store right around the corner.

We had a great stay! Safe, clean and had everything we needed! Front desk/security was super helpful when checking in! Hosts were great :)
