The place was the coolest house I have ever been too. So many cool features to explore. The host was also incredibly helpful and friendly with everything.

Erik is a boss! I can not say enough wonderful things about him! We were a volleyball team traveling to St. Louis and he not only made us feel at home but made the stay experience above and beyond what was asked. We even experienced tornado warnings and he was always in contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed!! Really can not recommend enough! Definitely rebooking next year!

This is exactly what we were looking for, for a spring break quick getaway to entertain two boys. They thoroughly enjoyed the combined hot tub/soaking pool even though it was cloudy and rainy every day. Me & my husband loved being able to walk to AO&Co Market and La Patisserie Chouquette (get there early, it's so busy and it the yumminess goes quickly). We enjoyed Union Station and City Museum and they were both very easy located in relation to the house.

Ed was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The home was exactly as described and beautiful. It was within minutes of driving downtown and had a great view of the arch. This home was perfect for our family of four. We would love to come back!

So great to have options in smaller towns other than busy hotels that are farther away!

Very clean and well organized. Just a few minutes drive to many restaurants and south St Louis.

Liz is an excellent host who is also very responsive and provided us with ample assistance and support. I highly recommend her place to anyone seeking a place to stay.

Nice little space, big enough for me and my two large dogs. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, there was a really nice walking trail (Engelmann Farm Park) about a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb that I was able to take my dogs on. The yard was also great for setting up a picnic blanket and hanging out outside. The hosts seem very nice and pleasant and gave very clear instructions and recommendations for around the neighborhood, although I never had any issues they seemed like they would be very responsive. I do think it's a little expensive for what it is, however I enjoyed my stay regardless and would come again if needed!

Property was clean. Great location. Ann was very helpful with questions I had prior to making my final selection. Our group was 13 adults and only one couple within the group and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Our stay was fantastic. Within a few minutes from the SWIC campus so we got to spend plenty of time with our kids. Definitely a 5 star and will plan on staying here the next time we visit.

Great place to stay! Easily one of our top 5 Airbnb experiences. The house was awesome and fun. Great location for getting around STL. Vanessa was super responsive to any questions. We stayed with 3 teens and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the living room was comfy. Highly recommend!

Katie and Tyler were amazing hosts, going the extra mile to accommodate our request at the last minute to stay at the PS House for our final night of a spring break vacation that had been interrupted by illness and an unexpected trip to the ER. After a long few days on the road this was the perfect place to unwind as a family. The kids loved the pool table. There are endless places to walk for restaurants and entertainment. The beds were so comfortable. The whole house and neighborhood had a great vibe and was beyond our expectations. We would love to stay again!

Brandon was very responsive throughout our stay. The house has gorgeous architectural features and the photos on the listing are well representative of the property. It provided ample space for our group of 13 at a fair price. The location requires some consideration - it's next to an abandoned property and occasionally had loud people in the alley or those experiencing housing instability rifling through the dumpsters looking for items that might be reusable. While we never felt unsafe due to the 6-foot fence and gate, which needs some minor repairs, we kept closer watch on our younger children. We noted Brandon uses the property across the alley for Airbnb purposes as well. Inside, the house is warm but needs some refreshing - interior paint updates and repairs to broken chair legs in the main area would improve the experience. Outdoors, minor repairs on furniture there would add value. Overall, the spaciousness and value made it work well for our large group.

Beautiful old home with tons of charm. Close to the highway and able to get just about anywhere within 15 minutes. TONS of space in the home and the host was great.

We Stayed at Justins place with My adult children and thier kids for Spring Break. The pingpong table and games where great for the grand kids to keep them busy. I appreciated having 4 bathrooms with 7 people in the house. The location is in a great area and less than 15 mins driving to all the attractions in STL. We didnt feel like we needed anything extra except Chairs to sit outside. Having access to the garage was nice since it rained and we had my sons 4 wheelers with us and didnt want toleave them on the back of his truck. The personal note, gift basket and Persoanl touches ( like the make romer pads in the bathroom, toddler dishes, cozy blankets on the couch and the coffe bar) around the house made it an amazing stay. I would highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

It was super cozy, we felt right at home! The neighborhood was very cute and we felt safe here. The private, off street parking was def a bonus for me! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Thanks Kilian for hosting us!
