Perfect location for our needs. Able to ride Rigs to house and not have trailer. House was clean and had everything we needed inside.

Stunning location on Lake Winnipeg! Beautiful home with all you could ask for and much more. Enjoyed BBQing and hanging out on the deck. Awesome hot tub to soak and relax. Thank you for a wonderful time away!

Our family stay was incredibly relaxing! The hot tub was huge and backed onto private forest, the bonfire area was in afternoon sun which made it great for the cool weather! The house was spotless, beautifully organized and adorable bear den touches throughout! Lots of family games to choose from and using the smoker to cook with was an awesome touch! Our dog settled in and felt right at home, which was how we all felt too!

What a delightful property and cabin! Lots of charm and character, beautiful view of the lake and plenty of space indoor and out for our group of 8 people and 2 dogs. Lots of leashes on the property for the dogs. Well stocked kitchen, with some staples and a few bonus treats. The local beach is rocky and was not really useable when we were there due to an algae bloom, but it is a short drive to the soft sands of Grand Beach and Hillside. Check with the hosts before hand as to whether the local water is drinkable, seems to shift, but they supplied some drinking water. The boardwalk hike through the fen nearby was pleasant and easy (3.6 km, nice signs, well care for), and we enjoyed biking the shaded flat forest TransCanada trail with the bikes we brought. There is a park nearby for kids, with horseshoe pits and a volleyball net. Amanda and Ian were always very responsive if we had questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Alicia's home in the cold of our Winnipeg winter... her house was warm, cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the kitchen, the clear night sky and peaceful surroundings. It was a beautiful weekend away.

I stayed at Marcia’s cabin the first week of April, as I wanted a peaceful and relaxing spring break getaway. The cabin is perfect for a quiet retreat - cozy with everything needed. The weather when I was there was mild winter weather, and although there was still lots of snow, I enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on Marcia’s beautiful back deck. This cabin is pet-friendly and my little beagle loved the fenced backyard. The cabin is two blocks from the lake, and we walked nightly to view the sunset over the vast snowy landscape. The cabin had everything I needed, including soft luxurious bedding, coffee bar, wood stove, and the relaxation that comes with a cozy wood cabin. I hope to return either in the summer months when the lakes and parks are active, or again in late winter when seeking rest and relaxation.

Great place to stay with 3 bedrooms and perfect for 4 guys ice fishing. The 1.5 bathroom was great for getting ready or morning calls. Lots of room for fishing gear and winter clothes. The kitchen was great for making all our meals along with a big fridge.

Was a great place for us to stay on our winter fishing trip. Peaceful and private neighborhood with lots of landings close by to access the lake.

The Lemon Drop is a very cute, spacious place for a couple or small family to stay. The decor is homey and, well, lemony. The kitchen was adequately stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, S&P, and the water in the fridge was a nice touch. Very high iron smell and taste in the tap water at this location. Bedroom walls are classic cottage walls - not much privacy as you could hear everything between main room and bedrooms. Asking for laundry to be started, floors cleaned, surfaces wiped, dishes washed is a tough one. I don't know if the previous renters washed towels or dishes with hot water and soap. We brought towels and I washed dishes before and after I used them. The linens and floors were pristine. It seemed everything the turnover crew did was clean and ready. All considered, I would stay again. Location is great! We walked to downtown Winnipeg Beach 2x (20 mins each way) along the lake. We watched fireworks and sunrises from the main bedroom through the trees. Just lovely.

We had an amazing weekend at Stephanie's charming cabin! The bonfire was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing evenings under the stars. The room was cozy and inviting, making us feel right at home. The cabin is well-equipped and in a peaceful location, perfect for a quiet retreat. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Thank you, Stephanie, for hosting such a lovely stay!

Brenda's place was extremely pleasant! Such a wonderful and convenient location to local beaches, falls, and short day hikes. The community was really clean and quiet, and the star gazing at night was next level! Me and my family will for hopefully have the opportunity to visit again one day!

This place was exactly what we were looking for! Spacious for two, quiet and cozy. It was a great place to rest and reflect. We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful setting. The cabin is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. Nicely treed lot with big deck surrounding cabin - so option of sitting in the sun or shade. Terri is a fantastic host - always available and very accommodating.

Tina’s cottage is charming - Tina has a skill for Interior decoration. it’s got a modern cabin vibe with all the amenities you could want including washer/dryer, fire pit, bbq. The cottage is a short walk to the beach (we used either maple street beach or third avenue which is a four minute walk). Tina gave me notice before I booked that the oven didn’t work but the stove top was fine and we used the toaster oven or bbq as an alternative. The yard is huge and the neighbours were super friendly. Tina was really accommodating with check in/check out and when we asked for fragrance free detergents. She also responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this cottage.

The cabin has everything you need and more. Just bring your clothes and food. The yard and deck are large, fire pit area is very nice and the sunroom is cozy. Inside is just as nice, with an open living space and beachy decor. We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

This truly is a piece of paradise! We had everything we needed. The fully fenced deck was perfect to sit and enjoy with our dogs. Danny was responsive to any questions and a great host!

Was a great stay, relaxing, great indoor outdoor space. Walk to quiet beach was nice. Well stocked and clean. Anything that went wrong they were quick to respond and offer a solution.
